Hemos estado el fin de semana para la boda de un familiar, y el último día metieron la pata pero bien. El penúltimo día, le había pedido a la camarera de piso si podía dejar dos toallas de mano (sólo ponían de baño) y después de decirme que sí, no las puso. Lo dejamos pasar. Pero la mañana del último día me encuentro que me falta algo de mi neceser, las toallitas desmaquillantes. No me importó demasiado porque era más el tiempo que perdería diciéndolo que las toallitas en sí. Pero cuál es mi sorpresa, que cuando llegamos a la habitación ya a la noche, voy a quitarme las lentillas, y me faltaba también el bote del líquido. Lo habían tirado/llevado al igual que las toallitas. No había error en pensar que estuviera vacío, ya que pesaba al estar recién abierto. Ahí fue cuando me preocupé, ya que era domingo, a las 22.30h de la noche, y no iba a tirar las lentillas mensuales a la basura. Nos quejamos a recepción, y la chica pidió disculpas, y la solución que propuso, aunque no acertada, fue traer el suyo propio de casa. Debido al mal entendimiento del idioma, entendí que traería uno precintado, cosa que no fue así. Le agradecí el haberlo traído, pero sintiéndolo mucho no iba a arriesgarme sin saber si el líquido está en buenas condiciones, estamos hablando de mis ojos, y con eso no se experimenta. Así que le pedí que me trajesen uno nuevo de cualquier farmacia de guardia. Después de 20 min argumentando mis motivos para reclamarle uno precintado, trajeron uno a las 00h. Se lo agradecí, pero ya me habían hecho sentirme mal, cuando el error lo habían cometido ellos. Es tan fácil como controlar la fecha de salida de las habitaciones por parte de lavandería, o llevar un control de los objetos perdidos como debe de hacerse. De igual forma, la limpieza tampoco fue muy escrupulosa, sí tiran objetos personales tuyos que no has dado muestras de querer tirar, pero en cambio no vacían la papelera llena a rebosar de basura. No lo entiendo. Mi valoración es lo más negativa posible. Ni volveré, ni lo recomendaré.

Second time here and is definitely one of the better hotels in that area. The rooms are modern but basic, there is Aircon, tv, kettle with coffee and tea. Toilet shower etc.... I liked the shutdown blind. It makes the room pitch black, proper black. I like the restaurant, the food it really nice and well priced. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. This time I had the all you can eat buffet which was lovely. Breakfast is the standard food on the continent but nice. I look forward to staying again next year

Tolerable for the price. It’s a no frills motel but the shower is good, there’s proper tea and instant coffee available in the room. Wifi works in all room areas but was a bit slow. A decent desk area is provided. Electric blackout blind is a plus and so is room aircon. Free parking. RFID room key so no wipe problems. The restaurant at reception is pretty good standard for dinner. The breakfast is bargain basement though, just ok but avoid the chocolatine which was well below acceptable Toulouse standard. The deal breaker for me was sound proofing - resident in room above was walking around from 4am to 5am - woke me up and every step could be heard. Noises in adjacent rooms also came through but were not a problem on this occasion.

This is better than a motel but it is next to the A61. The noise at night isn't that bad with the blind down. It is pleasant and friendly and worth trying out your French that you were taught years ago! The petit dejeuner is croissant, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cold meat and cheese - adequate but it won't blow you away. It is buffet and all you can eat though. Beds are good, shower is fine and the wifi doesn't drop out and is free for 24 hours. It needs a little updating but its worth 4 stars

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was small but we'll designed. There is free WiFi with good speed. TV in room is good size with plenty of channels. Team and coffee in room. The breakfast is continental all you can eat. Very nice food. Evening meals start at seven. The starter is a help yourself buffet, followed by an ordered main. Then there is the eat all you can dessert. Food was tasty. My room was facing a Toll road and another major route that gave plenty of traffic noise. If you shut the metal shutters outside the window, this will dampen the noise. Would stay here again
