Excellent stay
This was my second visit to the Regina Isabella and it didn't disappoint. My room was spacious and well equipped and the hotel's facilities throughout were excellently maintained. The hotel's staff are attentive but discreet and really feel dedicated to guests' needs. I really do recommend the hotel and look forward to my next visit when circumstances allow.
Not a Five Star Resort
If you are thinking of going to Ischia, Italy I think you want to book at a different resort. It's an old hotel that smells old. The staff were busy doing things other than looking after the guests, didn't seem like they knew guests were part of plan. Its really a two star hotel selling as a five star hotel over priced experience. They would not refund monies because of Covid so be careful if booking, the only hotel in Italy not to do refunds on our trip.
A dream come true
Wonderful hotel with great staff, exceptional location in the charming village of Lacco Ameno, with stunning views on the sea and on the Ischia mountains. The private beach and the huge swimming area without any boat is truly unique. The thermal pool and spa services meet the highest standards, and the staff is caring and extremely efficient, the concierge is perfectly helpful. The only average thing is the food at the Dolce Vita restaurant, which doesn't match the beautiful view from the restaurant terrace. Definitely THE place to stay on Ischia!
Piece of Paradise
This is a traditional luxury hotel on a wonderful island that seems to attract classy Italians more than the run of the mill tourist. It is very difficult to describe the beauty of this place. First class service, magnificent setting and views across the sea, world class restaurants, thermal indoor pool and magnificent outdoor pool. Dripping with class with a relaxed vibe. Just make sure you dress up for dinner!
Indaco
The Indaco restaurant was incredible. The service and quality of food was beyond expectations. We were also there during one of their Summer Dinners and the meal was something that will last in our memories forever.
