Refreshing, Kind Service

The service is above and beyond here. I have been in Washington for about a year and have been around Olympia, in several hotels, for 1/4 of that. I can say, honestly, thg at this quality inn lives up to the name in every way. The cleaning staff is diligent, maintenance is responsive and timely, the front desk is friendly, and discretion is their middle name. I was treated fairly with kindness and assisted in all matters with care and understanding. I thank the staff and applaud their work. I strive to behave as they have in my next professional endeavor. Special shout outside to Soloman, Grace, megan, and Jil. Bonus points to Grace for being the most caring individual I've met in washington.
Good pet friendly hotel

We thought this was a good pet-friendly hotel with a refrigerator and a microwave. It is located close to shopping and restaurants and seems to be on one of the major roads in Lacey. We thought this hotel was fine

I am a frequent business traveler and I don't expect much on business travel. While staying at the Quality Inn & Suites in Lacey, WA I experienced a very friendly and efficient staff that always went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, clean and safe. The property here exceeded my expectations with very pleasant accommodations and services. The surrounding area offers many services with easy and safe access. I highly recommend this Quality Inn & Suites. Thank you.
2 star hotel with a 5 star attitude!

What a refreshing experience we had. Every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our room was lovely with a Jacuzzi near the king size bed. The hot breakfast was a lot more than we expected and a refreshing selection. They took very good care of us and our room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
The Customer service and little things make this a winner!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. My mother is in a skilled nursing home in Lacey and I come from Dallas once a month for a visit and stay here each time. I have stayed in several other higher priced properties in the area and there is no comparison. Not only is this hotel one of the most inexpensive, it is above and beyond the other area hotels. And it’s the customer service and the attention to detail that make this a winner! I am a flight attendant for a major airline and spend approximately 1/2 the year in hotels. Marriott, Hilton’s, Hyatt’s, etc. they are all great, but I can tell you this hotel offers a level of guest satisfaction and customer service that the big boys often don’t. Let’s start with the property itself and the room. The rooms are small, but spotlessly clean as is the whole property. The hotel is old. Make no mistake. But the management and staff of this hotel refuse to let the age of the property and the smallish rooms stand in their way of making the guest experience outstanding. For $60.00-$80.00 per night you would expect to find outdated rooms and amenities along with surly workers. Not here. For example bathrooms and lighting fixtures have been updated. One of the best features of the room is connectivity. I have spent many nights in 4 and 5 star properties where I could not charge 2 devices at once bedside. Here, ownership has thoughtfully installed plenty of power outlets and usb outlets. As expected, You won’t find ultra-plush towels or bathrobes here, but the bathrooms are stocked with necessary toiletries and plenty of towels. Now let’s talk about what really makes this hotel stand out. The hotel staff is simply wonderful. The key to great customer service is taking it to the next level, hospitality. And here the staff excels. You are made to feel as if you are a guests in their ‘home’, Not one time in the 10-12 times I have stayed here have I been made to feel anything less than a valued guest. Simply amazing. An example of the little things hey do: upon checkout the staff thanks you profusely and gives you a parting gift of Biscoff cookies. As for the breakfast, again the little things make a difference. So much thought and care has been devoted to making this free breakfast as special as can be that it just blows me away. Little things like a nice selection of breads, muffins and bagels, full-sized yogurt instead of the little 2-bite containers you find at other hotels. A selection of jellies and jams instead of just grape jelly. Peanut butter, Philadelphia cream cheese (as opposed to no-name brand), a great selection of cereals. Scrambled and hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit. The buffet and breakfast room are always clean and items are fresh. The attendant is friendly and welcoming each morning. I know this is a long review, but I cannot stress enough the positives of this hotel. Frankly if you pay more to stay anywhere in the area (and I have stayed at many in the area before finding this gem.) you are wasting your Money
