Water was hot. Room was clean. Wish hotels would put vinyl instead of carpet (Some stains on carpet at bedside). Bath was clean Shower was large not a small box. We stayed on the second floor. Mini frig was just frig no freezer. (hard to keep the water frozen on a long trip)

We typically stay at Hiltons or Marriotts but we had 2 service animals with us and the website said they allow dogs. However when we arrived they said they did not, but we saw that there were dogs there. I you have pets you might call just to be sure. They did allow us to bring the dogs and the hotel and our room were great. The room was clean and very spacious. We stayed in a King suite for the extra room and it was worth the small additional fee. It is about 5-10 minutes off I-10 but the reviews seemed better than the one t I-10. The staff was very nice, and we had no issues It was an easy in and out! Would choose this hotel again if passing through.
Very poor customer service, careless management

Management placed me and my family in a room across a conference room where a wedding party was held. The noise started at around 10 PM and lasted to 3:30 AM. The guests from the party spilled into the hallway right outside our room door and had conversations all night long. It was loud enough where it woke me, my wife and our kids up. I called the front desk at midnight and a second time at three AM, but the front desk person did nothing about the situation. We had a horrific night and did not fall asleep until 4 AM. In the morning as I was checking out I complained to the person at the front desk and they knew all about it. The hotel representative told me the manager would call me when they got in but I never received a call. This hotel has extremely poor customer service and management.

Stayed one night on a roadtrip. Quite a ways from the interstate. Employees were quite friendly. A little dissapointed in the breakfast. Would like to see more hot items offered. Coffee was very good and offered all the time.
Email confirmation comes from a gmail account! Went to junk...

Booked a month in advance and didn't think about it until ready to travel. Couldn't find email confirmation anywhere. I second guessed myself...maybe I just thought I booked it. Maybe it didn't go through. Maybe it wasn't La Quinta, couldn't recall for sure. The groom had family booked elsewhere in Springhill Suites so I booked there. Over the weekend I got a notification that $175 was charged to my Visa! I called the manager on Monday and told him my frustration. Did he have my email address wrong? Why didn't I get a confirmation. I had used Microsoft Outlook search for all folders for "La Quinta" and "Lafayette", nothing matched. Manager suggested I check junk mail folder for lqoilcenter@gmail. There was the confirm...under a gmail address that was in my junk folder. He promised to email me after considering what he could do...I'm still waiting.
