113 Degrees & "Lake View" So Far Away!
Reviewed 9 november, 2021
We drove 360 miles through temperatures from 108 to 113 degrees and were looking forward to the AC with some big-window views over the balcony to the lake. We did not expect those views to be over a gigantic parking lot, with the water so far away that it hardly mattered. So if you're thinking of booking a "lake view" room, I'd recommend you reconsider and ask yourself whether the extra cost is worth it. More positively, we found our room to be nicely-appointed, deliciously cool and quite comfortable. It was on the small side, including the balcony, which felt kind of squeezed into the relatively narrow wall on the "lake view" side. But it was relaxing to be there, and we very much appreciated the good location: close to restaurants, lakeside trails, and even to London Bridge, further away but still walkable. This lodging's public places were beautiful: spacious and very well-designed, with appealing art work on the walls. It's a pity that, with Covid, these spaces were empty and unattended, including a very inviting bar where we would have enjoyed some cold libations after the long, hot trip here. It would be great if these public areas were again open, as they would add a lot to the experience of being here. All in all, it was a very good stay. No doubt it would have been better had we been able to fully utilize all the spaces and amenities.
Comfortable Hotel With A Great Staff

We stayed one night while passing thru Lake Havasu. Staff at check-in was welcoming as well as throughout our stay. Room was well appointed and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The room and all public areas were spotless. They did a outstanding job on the remodel, the breakfast room was the largest that I have seen at any Hampton. I would stay here again next time we are in town.

Not good. Beds are Terrible with no one on staff to help rectify. Staff say they want to help but all must go through management, who are not available. Rooms are extremely small and the beds squeak with any movement. Even the maintenance people agreed it was unacceptable
Don’t recommend at all

The rooms are super tiny and cleanliness is minimal. I took a shower and it wouldn’t drain so by the end of my shower the water was up to my knees. Gross. I highly do not recommend staying there. We didn’t even stay the night we had to leave I wasn’t going to let my husbands birthday weekend start with a crappy hotel room. We went over to Havasu Dunes Resort…. Way better and better price too for a full on apartment!!

Overall, very nice, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast room was large and excellent for for COVID distancing. Food items were fresh, well-prepared, and good variety of hot and cold choices. Parking was plentiful, well-lit, with easy access to several key-accessible side entrances. Pricing is moderate.
