The suites were clean & well taken care of but most importantly the excellent customer service from Candy, she has very pleasant attitude, friendly & very helpful. She was great! We will definitely be coming back

This was the worst experience ever. The staff were professional and pleasant, but the hotel itself had many problems. Our room was perpetually damp. This was the second room he has as the first one had mens clothes in the drawers. Friends were staying in other rooms and also had issues with their rooms.

These are the most poorly managed facilities that I have ever witnessed, let alone experienced! Slumlord disgusting and how there is no inspections amazes me. If you are looking for a long term stay…full kitchen…in theory…great. But this is worse than a Public Housing Authority. Unless you threaten them it will strike a spark. But why does your customer have to go through that pain? Rates are not reflecting a Motel less….criminal to have a customer pay

Candy was at the front desk....service was great 👍 Gave us towels and whatever we needed. Always greeted with smile and professionalism. Breakfast is great every morning. Never had an attitude . Greatest service!

This HOTEL has the ABSOLUTE worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had to deal with in my life. I paid for my room in advance, I informed the hotel staff that I was going to be a late arrival. I arrived around midnight and the front office was closed. They had a note on the door to call the emergency # listed and someone would help. I called that # over 30 times and no one answered. Me and my kids ended up sleeping in our truck. I tried going to another hotel, but they were booked. THIS HOTEL WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HOMELESS. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!! The staff on Saturday was nice but the person (LaToya) on Sunday was so RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL I will NEVER book with this property again. So much happened to me it's too much to type but I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Birmingham also. This is not acceptable, and something has to be done.
