This hotel sits on a very busy corner and is confusing to access behind a.restaurant. This hotel is very old, tired, and reeks of smoke. The price is right if you are okay with that. They have tried to improve the looks of the place by painting and new bedspreads but everything else is not enjoyable because of the smell of the room. The windows were broken so the room could not be aired out. If you turned on the air conditioning unit it spewed a disgusting moldy smell.
A stop on the way to Florida

This was a last minute booking due to our original hotel being awful (not a Wyndham). We ended up checking in around midnight, the staff was polite & got us into a room quickly so we could get some rest for the next leg of our trip.

I booked a room for my daughter and grandchildren who were coming to Florida to visit me. When they got there there were roaches in the room. So they declined to stay and left. I booked thru Reservation Counter (big mistake) now neither Reservation Counter, nor Wyndham will refund my money. I feel it’s the hotel’s responsibility since they provided an unfit environment. I certainly will never book with Wyndham again!
Decent Place To Overnight

This is our 2nd time overnighting here. Overall, we have had decent experiences. The unit in the very back, seems to have people who live there, and it reeks with cigarette smoke. On our first visit, they attempted to put us in that unit and we immediately went back to the front desk and said we wanted a room on the side without a hallway, and wanted the outside facing doors. This time, we said that up front, right at check-in, so that they wouldn't attempt to put us back there again. Both times, the room we got was fine. No complaints. I like the fact that you can walk over to Steak-And-Shake or IHOP, without moving your vehicle. You can also walk to a good convenience store. And if you are willing to drive, there are several other good dining options. Walmart is only a mile or so down the street, and is a short and easy drive. I would recommend this place as a good place to stop along the road for a day or two.

the worst hotel stay of my life. filthy, unsafe, people fighting and yelling in the halls, strangers knocking on the door at 3am - entierly unapologetic and unreachable staff. absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. DO NOT STAY HERE.
