What a great experience!
As a college coach you always dread picking the wrong hotel. This is not one of them. They made it easy and simple to get us in our rooms and the customer service was wonderful! We will stay here again! Thank you to the whole staff!
Rude Manager / Bad Customer Service
I wasn’t gonna write this review until the rude lady night manager (don’t know her name but sounds like a Karen). Told us our Tv was too loud but our remote for the tv didn’t even work to turn the tv down. TV doesn’t even have buttons on it to turn it down. So she basically said just turn the tv off and after we asked for another room with a tv that works & “isn’t loud” she rudely replied “I’m not giving you another room for you to mess up another tv” (which we didn’t even do anything to the first tv). I would not advise you to stay here. You’re better off going to the Residence Inn down the block.
Good staff, and clean hotel.
I found the staff here really helpful and always try to assist . Breakfast was good, and with freshly brewed coffee. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quite fresh. I arrived earlier than the check in time but as a Bonvoy member I was given the privilege of checking earlier than normal. The gym and pool are open but with restrictions I believe due to Covid. The breakfast was self-service , limited in range but nutritious. Stayed here on New year's eve.
Awesome Staff and Great Hotel
Thank you to Shirley Mallion and the rest of the Staff at Courtyard Lakeland and Residence Inn Lakeland. My group booked over twenty rooms and from the beginning of the process Shirley was GREAT! She made the process very easy and my group was pleased when we arrived. Thank you guys for everything! Marriott will be forever my first choice when I book a hotel. Great Job! Terrible Group Sales Director SHIRLEY MALLION
Hotel was in complete disarray. There was a youth football team that had overrun the hotel and there were way too many kids running the halls, screaming, cursing and tackling each other at midnight. No Adult supervision and the front desk said they were not staffed properly enough to handle all the calls they were getting. This is the fault of SHIRLEY MALLION who is a horrible Group Sales Director.
