Birthday Celebration
Lovely and very romantic place. Service was magnificent. Definitely visiting again. Beautiful scenery. The room was exquisite! They pulled all the stops and made my husband's birthday a birthday he'll never forget.
BEWARE
We had a little getaway and I couldn't wait to getaway from this place, it's in desperate need of a maintenance man and some major renovations. The room has a funk to it🤢activities are a complete joke (they don't exist) so you are left to roaming the abandoned grounds yourself. The employees they do have are stretched so thin they don't have the staff for the activities they falsely list, the food ugg 🙄 we actually went out to eat in hopes of a decent meal that didn't need to be drenched in salt and pepper. You can tell the owners just don't give a 💩 anymore about the grounds or about customer experience. I give this place 1 🌟 I have 160 photos almost all the same disrepair, but can only display 10. Not what is expected for the price
Nice getaway
Stayed for 4 nights five days had a wonderful time with the wife. Food was ok, loved being out by the water. The entertainment was also good. Even fed some deers. Looking forward to the next time. Real soon.
Not to bad
The place was enjoyable & food incredible but I was really dissapointed with the room maintenance in the room...background glass of champange glass broken, towel holders also broken..I get to my room & nothing included in my package or the extra adds I ordered were not in the room at the time of arrival, had to call the receptionist (who can use a customer service orientation) who just transfer me to a no-answer line.. after trying for 10 min called reception (again) & when finally they decided to answer 7 min later they offered to take care of it them self (well after asking them to) . And last but probably the biggest improvement they should do is the CHAMPANGE use at all time...for the $$$ im paying and least friendly customer service ever u need to offer something better than VERDI, seriously.

Paradise!!!!! Awesome staff , room, entertainment, my favorite Sport Palace....they don’t let you get bored you will always find something to do in your room 🤣 or around the place. You love nature like me? Well you can feed the deers too!!!!!!! Love this place!!!!! ❤️
