A Great Experience
We enjoyed 3 days and 2 nights at Clyde Hall over the Christmas holidays, which allowed us to have distanced visits with family members in the area throughout the hoiidays. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and found the food to be tremendous - Rob & Liisa created some incredible meals that we would return for that specific experience alone. Additionally, Rob & Liisa went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed their company and found them incredibly warm and hospitable. Further, given our concerns with COVID-19, we felt completely comfortable and found that every safety measure was taken in terms of cleaning, distancing, use of masks etc. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious getaway with great food, and will look to return ourselves within the future.
Superb mini break
Our stay last weekend was first class. Robert and Liisa were fantastic hosts who had followed all directives about protecting from the virus. All precautions were followed and we felt very safe and comfortable. Breakfasts were beautifully cooked and presented. Robert's little French pastries a delight. At this time of year the foliage leading up to Clydehall was gorgeous. Certainly a hidden gem to which we will return.
Perfect Anniversary Getaway!
We just returned from a 2 night stay at Clyde Hall B&B and it was simply wonderful! Spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts are amazing. Lisa and Rob are the perfect hosts, and did everything to make our stay really special. We would highly recommend Clyde Hall if you are looking for a nice, relaxing break.
Paradise at its BEST !!!
My wife and I needed to escape the city and found Clyde Hall. What a place it was like travelling to the past to this beautiful estate, that not only has human visitors but deer on a regular basis. Never had a better breakfast in my life. Bob and Liisa the owners make an incredible eggs benedict and treat you first class all the way. For all you people out there with cabin fever and need to escape ..... search no further, THIS IS IT!!!!!!!
Gem In Paradise, Ideal Owners
Rob and Lisa are the gems of this absolutely stunning Bed and Breakfast. What a wonderful escape from the city, surrounded by peace and quiet. Deer and other wildlife make this retreat a gem of a hideaway. What a welcoming experience with Rob and Lisa as such kind and friendly hosts. The breakfast was spectacular, often given a choice of what we wanted and accommodated to our dietary needs. The whole house was extremely clean and much to do around the house as well, including the saltwater pool, hot tub, bikes that the owners provided us to use, movies, books, CDS, and so on. The surrounding area was so lovely to explore by bike, along with the surrounding towns and Kiwi Gardens. Rob always gave us wonderful suggestions as to what to do including visiting Almonte, and Perth (two beautifully historic towns short distance from the Bed and Breakfast. So many towns to explore nearby, and great restaurant suggestions made by Rob and Lisa. We will be back soon to enjoy this lovely property again soon, including a second helping of your delicious maple bacon.
