Loved it!
I loved the rooms, the kitchen was great. We wanted to play games the gentleman accommodated us with monopoly and connect 4. We were able to extend our room to a later date last minute and was accommodated late check out!
Terrible
Don’t pay over price fees for budget accommodations. I could have rented from motel 6 and had better accommodations. It was noisy. The service was horrible, then when I complained staff proceed to find things regarding me to pick at. I won’t be staying again.
What A Time I Had
One of the bathrooms was not cleaned well, and one of the blankets in the bag for the couch bed smelled like urine, also, there was no paper towels in the kitchen and the trash outside the room was full
Extremely Poor Condition
Hotel and rooms show a lot of neglect from ownership, management, and maintenance. Just because they added a few new furnishings, it doesn't cover the fact that other items in the room are in poor condition.
Where is my hot shower???
Overall my family and I had a great experience. My only disappointment was that my family and I had to take cold showers the second morning we were there. The staff was very customer service oriented.
