Un castillo con agregado de apartamentos separados. Buen complejo. Indispensable auto, caminos internos para circular de día, muy sinuosos y angostos. Volvería algún día. Lancaster a 15 minutos para hacer compras.

El lugar es hermoso pero la atención es pésima. No vienen a cambiarte las sabanas ni las toallas y tampoco te suben ni te bajan las valijas por la escalera. A su vez todos los servicios que tiene el hotel son pagos y caros como por ejemplo el wifi que tampoco anda bien. No lo recomiendo como lugar para hospedarse a pesar de que el hotel en sí es muy lindo. A nosotros nos pasó que vinieron a apurarnos para que dejáramos la habitación, solo aparecieron en ese momento....lamentable.

Having just returned home from a lovely 2 night stay here we can't wait to come back..We stayed in a studio apartment (49) and it was everything and more..spacious,spotlessly clean,kitchen had everything we could possibly need,bed so comfortable and radiators keeping it lovely and warm...Beautiful surroundings and all staff were really pleasant...We will be back and am already recommending to family and friends

Our first apartment on offer was awful to such an extent we requested a move or we were leaving. The entrance hall was so very tired and smelt of stale food, The apartment was no better. Thanks to a wonderful receptionist who responded immediately and moved us to a comparable priced room which did meet expectations our holiday was saved. The leisure centre was equally tired with broken hairdryer and poor water pressure not to mention a very crowded pool area full of screaming children. All in all not great but as we say the staff, service and quality of food were brilliant. We would not however return or suggest others visiting until investment was made in the property and leisure facilities. Time also needs to be made for adults only times to use the leisure facilities.

We are Club members so know what we are getting and it all lived up to expectations. It was a pity the restaurant was closed for both nights but that was made up for by the wine tasting. Fantastic value
