Good location, good service attitude, convenient location for shopping and transportation..😍 its a good place,when u feel the pressure n stress of our everyday task we need some breathing space n we had that at Novotel Citygate you can sleep all u want to or you can do some activities they had a good place to relax n the staff are all polite and nice.ifyou want a nearby place to relax and unwind,Novotel Citygate is the place to be. will surely come back again..
Wonderful Stay!
Had a wonderful family staycation! Clean and comfy rooms. Amenities were great! I would like to say thank you for making this experience a smooth one for my family. I appreciate the great service effort that has extended to me. I would no doubt to plan another stay soon! Please extend my heart felt thanks to the staffs that should be commended for their great work and service attitude.
Away from the CIty
Rooms were not as new as the other hotels however it is convient location to be away from the City at some time. Tung Chung MTR Station close by, Citygate outlets are around the corner. The hotel has restaurants and cafe that can cater your dining experience.
Terrible service and lack of integrity
This is my worst experience. Different staff gave different information and they denied what they confirmed with affronted attitudes. I will not choose any Novotel hotels and renew the Accor Plus membership again in the future.
Nice welcome back to Home Kong
Flew back to Hong Kong early January and chose to quarantine at peace, in comfort and convenience. My choice to book at the Novotel Citygate was a no brainer, as my previous experiences last year have been memorable. This time was no different, service was really caring and attentive, whenever calling for a refill or placing a room service order, everyone in front office and order takers gave their full attention knowing that I was 'locked' inside. Well it surely made the stay go by faster, and pleasant with flavorful meals, a comfortable bed and knowing that nothing was too much trouble to ask. Big thank you to the team, you have my loyalty, definitely was a smooth return back home.
