The staff here is first rate and really knows what good customer service is....from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff, they were top notch. It had been a long travel day and the staff that checked us in couldn't have been friendlier and helpful. The room was very nice and was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was very good as well. Both the nighttime staff that checked us in and the morning staff when we checked out were some of the best customer service we have received in a very long time. Kudos to Home2 Suites!

The staff at this hotel was very warm and welcoming. They truly made the stay feel like home. The size of the room didn’t feel like a hotel. But more like an apartment. The breakfast, was always hot an fresh. An the variety of throngs to eat, was top tier.

Clean, Modern, and Excellent Value

This is my new favorite hotel in Las Cruces. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. There are so many wonderful amenities including an outdoor fire pit and sitting area, 24/7 coffee and hot water station, super comfy beds, blackout shades, and a pet walking area (bags included). It’s close to a number of nice restaurants with east highway access. I can’t imagine why it’s only #5 in Las Cruces, except maybe that it’s so new. The prices are reasonable so overall a great value. Will definitely return with my 4-legged companions!

Disappointing

We stayed here 4 years ago and loved the facility. It appears that they have not updated since then. The carpets were grossly stained, the mattresses were sagging an uncomfortable, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. They definitely need to update. Would not stay there again. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in for our week long road trip, but not worth the money.

This my go to hotel when visiting my family in Las Cruces , it was great going back there and meeting the amazing staff Chris, Carlos, Maria at Breakfast ,always clean friendly. Will recommend to anybody visiting las cruces.
