Lovely Hotel with Great Staff!

Superbly located in the heart of the old town, this boutique hotel was perfect for us. Loads of excellent restaurants and great shops all a short walk away. It’s a lively area, so don’t expect an early night, but we loved the buzz and hum from the bars and eateries. The staff were really 5*. Issac and Indira on reception gave us lots of advice and nothing was too much trouble. The team on the Rocktop bar, especially Alex and Giovanni, who gave excellent and professional service throughout our 11 night stay. The small heated pool was an added bonus and was immaculately clean. Thanks guys! It only gets 4 stars as the cleaning could do with improvement. Pink mould on the shower head and lack of attention to detail - not replacing spoons/cups, bits left on the floor, not refilling shower gel, putting dirty towels from the floor back on the rack - meant we had to check things for ourselves. Housekeeping were friendly so made up for it somewhat! Comfy bed, - though the sheet wasn’t big enough so kept coming off the mattress - coffee pod machine that we got supplies of pods and milk from Superdino, TV only had 2 English news channels but has Netflix and Prime for those cosy nights in. We had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely charactered historical hotel that has been fully modernised, the rooms are lovely with really comfy beds and very quiet, you will get a great nights sleep. Coffee machine is pretty useless so take a travel kettle and your own stuff. %0" TV with Netflix too, nice outlook onto pebble garden illuminated at dusk. Wonderful rooftop solarium with pool and bar and really comfy quality sunbeds, it's incredible up there. Cleanliness and tidiness throughout with very friendly nice staff. Great location by two pretty squares with bars and restaurants and by the old towns and at the top of the main shopping high street. Highly recommend this place....5 stars.

Truly a stellar hotel. Everyone on staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Claudia and Isaac at reception were outstanding and professional. Having access to the rooftop deck is a definite perk and the service there is great. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you could possibly need. I especially loved the wireless charging nightstands. One tip, if you are taking a taxi back to the hotel, tell them you’re headed to the Hotel Madrid. It’s very close by and it will save you some time explaining where the hotel is.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the perfect position near The Old Town

We had spotted this hotel whilst walking around this lovely part of town and had made a note for future visits as it looked interesting. I got to stay unexpectedly as I'd lost my passport and had to overnight for an extra day. The service was very welcoming and friendly and my room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The roof top cocktail bar and pool have a lovely outlook over the neighbouring area. The price was surprisingly affordable and I will certainly choose to stay here if I am ever in Las Palmas again.

The hotel was outstanding in every way, and situated in the heart of Las Palmas with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The people on reception were extremely helpful and welcoming on our arrival and our room which was located on the first floor was immaculate. Lovely rooftop bar and terrace with pool where once again service came with a smile. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
