Not Clean/ not Covid Safe. TripAdvisor should remove from site completely. Management informed us the rooms will not be cleaned, but they will still enter the rooms daily to check for chargeable items. No coffee in rooms. Must buy bad coffee in lobby for 5$ a cup. Krispy Kreme is your best option unfortunately :/ Stains on bed spread. Dirty window actually limited the view. Loud rooms, not insulated. Paper thin walls can hear the elevator cables slamming every time the elevator moves. Can hear people filling their ice buckets. Cold building. Self check in gave $80.00 in extra charges at check in on top of resort fee after we put the credit card in. It literally said $93.00 on the screen and we put the card in the reader and it suddenly says $180.00 on the card reader but only 93.00 on the screen above. It would not give us a receipt and did not tells our rooms. We purchased our tickets though Expedia, we will be contacting them requesting they no longer sell rooms from Circus Circus. Circus Circus does not reflect the quality or standards of expedia. Staff also did not give us receipt, even upon request. We had to ask the manager where our rooms were, because it was not disclosed to us and there was no way to find out. Who is managing this place?! Still no receipts for our trip whatsoever. Suggestion to Ownership: Burn it down, fire all the staff, and start over.
Wow what a dirty casino!

Decided to take a look at Circus Circus as the last time we popped into that casino was in 1999. We were actually shocked at how dirty and run down this place was. The carpet was so filthy that when we walked it felt like the soles of our shoes were squishing into it. Gross. We also walked into the Slots o Fun which was a weird experience as we were the only ones in the place except for a security guard. No workers whatsoever. And on the advice of our uber driver, we took at peak at the Steak House inside the main casino which is a real throwback to an era gone by. They have the meat cooler inside the restaurant so it smells like a butcher in there and they chefs cook the steak in a glassed in raised area in the centre of the restaurant. An a la carte steak can go for $89 so it must be something but it's just too bad its in the centre of the dirtiest place imaginable. At least we took pics in case it gets torn down at some point.

This place was at first nice until we got into are room which had a broken remote the electricity went out on us and on top of that they told no one about making people use key cards on the elevator many people were confused because there was no warning, are water in the room stopped working the 3rd day we were there and some employees were very nice and helped but others were rude and didn’t care about important things

First of all the place is old and ran down. The first room they put us in was the Manor rooms which are separate from the hotel and look like motel rooms. Dirty. Dingy. Wall paper peeling. Broken safe and dusty. To top that off, the heater didn’t work because no outlet on that wall. The manager was nice and moved us to the Casino tower. Better option than the Manor. Do not do the Manor rooms. It’s like Bates motel in there. On top of all that someone was able to come into our room while we were sleeping last night. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Never again. The experience abs environment is horrible. You surely get what you pay for with this hotel. Our room even had an iron but we couldn’t get an ironing board in our room. Just disappointed by the whole experience. When I do come back to Vegas I will be staying somewhere else. And I doubt they are taking pandemic precautions. They barely clean the rooms. We loved the adventure dome but don’t have to stay in the hotel to go to the dome at all.
