Worst Hotel Ever
Booked at circus circus for the arcade and rides. Walked into our brand new room with unmade beds and a penis vibrator. They wouldn’t do anything about it only gave us a 40$ resort card. Absolutely disgusting
Non-transparent resort fee!
$40/night room but a $36.28 resort fee? No thanks! We canceled the room, walked out of the lobby after the manager wouldn't wave it. I am so tired of Las Vegas hotels charging resort fees and not being transparent about them when you book a room. Bait and switch! RUN AWAY!
They gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned. With Covid you don't want to stay here!
I like the Circus but this place was like a run down carnival. Its 2 miles from the strip! After a mile walk thru the casino to check in and then take 3 elevators to get to our floor that stunk like a strange moldy odor. Our room hadn't been wiped down or vacuumed. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've Ever had.check out the pictures and save money go to Treasure Island.
Zero class--All the chaos of a Vegas hotel, plus kids!
We just flew into Vegas to start a Southwest family road trip, and wanted a safe/family friendly "Vegas experience" for our kids (10 and 11). Turns out this hotel had all of the chaos Vegas had to offer, as well as being a common place for sometimes loud, cranky, energetic children--not the combination or experience we were looking for! Loud semi-drunk adults toting their children around a cheap hotel experience. We watched security escort a rowdy group of teenagers who didn't want to leave from the floor while we waited for pizza, so that was exciting. Hubby said there was a man passed out in the lobby bathroom when he went to pick up stale Krispy Kreme donuts around 6 a.m. Parking, check-in, and pizza service were excessively long, lobby and amenities were dated and seriously overcrowded, but the ROOM was nice and very comfortable. Just navigating the hotel one night eliminated the glamour and charm of Vegas for our children, so I guess that's a good thing overall? We booked else where for the night before our flight out.
WORST HOTEL, DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Horrible experience! We waited 3hours in line to check in after driving 7 hrs! We booked this hotel thinking of our little one. Finally heading to our room at 1:30am a guest came out from her room upset because she found bedbugs. I also wanted to mention that the hotel is so outdated the carpet looks soo old & dirty as We walked in our room scared of bed bugs. We had to move the bed sheets and mattress to check for bed bugs for our safety. We didn't find any signs of bed bugs around the bed. There was two chairs in the room old, we found visible food crumbs.. the walls are dirty the doors are old and dirty. At that moment, We called several places to stay however it was really late and they didn't pick up our call. We decided to stay in one bed. Thankfully we were okay no sign of bites. We decided to go and buy supplies to clean as Much as we could since our stay was so short.. The only good thing about that hotel was that the towels looked brand new. Other than that everything about that hotel is horrible including there ghetto security at lobby they think they are legit police officers. I repeat this HOTEL IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!
