Wasn't that fun honestly.
The room made me a bit clogged when I left with my child. The room was good for sleeping though not that fun though as to everything being closed. It was a nice hotel although but the security weren't friendly at all. But thanks for the stay
Comfortable bed with nice linens.
We stayed 5 nights. Room service did a very nice job cleaning our room everyday. The casino lounge and bathrooms were clean. I am very picky and I have no complaints about this stay. Good job Excalibur!
Rough Issues Encountered
The hotel staff was unfriendly and impolite during check-in. We had a reservation for a king room and were placed in a room with two queen beds instead, even though we paid more for the reservation of a king. We had checked in online and were informed it still didn’t hold our room. Our keys didn’t work, requiring an extra trip back down to the desk where the staff blamed us for the keys not working. The room was relatively clean and parking was close to the casino.
Bad Stay
There was dirty contacts all over the floor The floor was never vacuumed There was trash in the drawers To top it off in the bathroom and shower There was public hairs all over the shower and bathroom floor and there is a pandemic going on !!!!!
Family Friendly
Great choice if you are traveling with the kiddos! Affordable and comfortable. the arcade and movies. then the fact its connected to 3 other hallways we got to experience a indoor night life. We will be back! Dont forget your MLife!!!!!
