More about the hotel
Best place to stay on the strip
My friend and I made an impromptu trip to Vegas from southern Orange County. We researched hotel accommodations during the car ride and the Bellagio seemed like it would be the nicest place to stay. Prices weren’t bad either. The hotel staff was nice and the maintenance inside the place was impeccable. Thank you to all Bellagio staff for the hard work you guys put in 24 hours a day to keep that place in tip-top shape! We had a lovely time there. Would recommend staying at the Bellagio. 10/10
Great views !
We stayed at the Bellagio penthouse 2BR for a week and was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were very spacious, clean and had amazing views of the fountain and sweeping views of the strip. Although staying in a casino hotel one would assume that service would be slow and inefficient, not at the Bellagio! Check in was prompt, our bags got brought up quickly, housekeeping was excellent and we had our own set of lifts serving the suites so we did not have to wait long. The hotel is huge and lovely! Lots of shopping and centrally located. It was too cold to swim so we gave the pools a miss but will definitely go back in the summer. We had dinner at the buffet restaurant which was rather disappointing. Breakfast at the conservatory was amazing and highly recommended. We had a great time at the Bellagio and will be back again.
Worst experience
We checked in for my bday , asked for accesible room and high floor as the website was showing , they didn’t pay attention called them they said it is what it is ! Room was dirty , shades were dirty as you see .... checked out after first night and gave my business to Wynn Las Vegas and they should refund my second night that I cancelled and it hadn’t happened yet !
Expected More
I’ve always wanted to stay at the Bellagio. Finally got the chance, but I was disappointed. It’s just a hotel, not anything special. Room was average. Casino was average. Restaurants were of no interest. All very expensive. Wish there was a coffee shop onsite...someplace to get a sandwich or cup of soup. Guess that doesn’t exist in Vegas anymore...except maybe downtown. I think I’ll go back to Caesars next time.
Comfy and classy accommodations
The most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. Ever. Overall, a fantastic stay. The lobby staff were friendly and kind enough to let us check in upon arrival (10:30 a.m.) Clean, spacious room with a huge bathroom. Loved the tub, and the water pressure was awesome! Room decor (2 Queen) was "meh," but otherwise we were pleased with the room. The beds, linens, and pillows were perfect! Lobby, grounds, and casino area were beautiful and well-maintained. We were so happy we were able to see the conservatory before we had to leave (my favorite thing to do in Vegas) and the fountain show was spectacular, as always. Perfect center-strip location. The pool area was so serene, a nice way to relax and soak up some vitamin D. Too bad the hot tubs are all closed. The only negative of our stay was that we heard our very noisy neighbors in their room and in the hall. Early morning. And late night. Grr...but I think it had more to do with inconsiderate people than with poor soundproofing. Prior reviews complained about the hotel/rooms needing updates. Maybe the fact that we got a VERY good deal on our airfare/hotel package during Covid helped, but we were very pleased with our stay at Bellagio.
