Excellently situated on the famous Strip, this luxurious hotel with its distinctive European style architecture and interior design and the iconic Eiffel Tower replica as landmark brings Old World charm to the heart of Las Vegas. McCarran International Airport is 3.7 km away. The hotel features various great dining options, including authentic French, Italian, Japanese cuisine and more. In addition, the hotel houses a full-service gym and spa. The hotel also has a theater and a casino with slot machines, gaming tables and keno. The quality and service at the Paris Las Vegas doesn’t match its price point. It’s over priced. The online reservation system screwed up our original reservation and our first night accommodations were not what we expected. We were moved to a new room the next day after waiting the entire day. For two consecutive days we received no cleaning service; no fresh towels, no trash removal, etc.. The food offered under its roof was atrocious. On Friday and Saturday night they apparently have some kind of entertainment event that is so loud it can be on the upper floors of the hotel (we were on the 26th floor)! This lasted until almost 4 am! At the time of our stay, the windows could have used a good washing, they were so filthy it made taking a good picture from our vantage point pointless. The overall stay was not relaxing, pleasant, or enjoyable. It was a total waste of time and money. This short vacation was a total and complete disaster and it started with the Paris Las Vegas. We couldn’t have been more disappointed with our stay. In fact, any return trips to this city have been ruled out.
Comfy stay and great location

Even though there was one random night with a roof top party that woke me up my stay was pleasant. The rooms are always clean and I feel safe there. There is a lot of changes with the restaurants with the loss of lucky88 but the addition of nobu I am very excited!
So many emails…

This place isn’t bad but the insane number of emails I got after booking my stay from Caesar’s was too much. I even messaged them asking them to stop but no. Holy crap. I have to get to 200 characters so now I’m done.
Customer Service I’d out of fashion:((

My husband and I just checked out of the Paris hotel. We were Diamond members for several years, but switched loyalties to the Venetian for 3 years. We took a trip to Tahoe earlier this year and since they had only Ceasars properties there, we decided to attempt to get back to diamond again this year. This week, we achieved that goal. What a let down. When we checked in, we were platinum. A day later, our gambling elevated is us to Diamond. They no longer have a Diamond lounge. We tried to use some of our rewards points towards our stay and had to fight To get them removed (Diamond members are supposed to not pay these fees). After asking to use our points to pay for some of the items that we charged to the room, the total rewards desk told me that we only had $54 in rewards points (that’s after earning 18K points). She said they would be “returned” to my account later, but we couldn’t use them on this trip. So after getting the run around from guest services, casino hosts, total rewards and the Diamond check in, I finally had to give up to keep from blowing up (I’m from Brooklyn and can get fairly vocal). This is not about employee shortages or pandemic or supply chain issues. My major complaint is about people not caring about customer service and the corporate conglomerates who no longer think it’s important. If you were thinking of going to a Caesar’s property to relax and enjoy, I’d recommend trying something else. This place will just cause more stress than it’s worth (and take a crap load of money in the process).

Check in took 10 minutes at 8 p.m. on a Saturday night. Check out was done through an email, easy! I stayed in a two queen smoking room. All are on the 16th floor. The view was angled so the Cosmo was in direct view, but not the Strip or the Fountains or the iconic tower. The windows need cleaning! The room was clean with a large tub and a separate shower. The water pressure was not that great in the shower. There was a rainfall shower head which could not be adjusted. The beds are softer and the pillows were lumpy. The room felt safe with three types of locks. The safe worked as designed. The TV although a bit dated had plenty of channels. Hotel overall was busy with I’d say 95% mask mandate compliance. It was very clean. There were some minor lines at restaurants. Download the Cesar’s App and reserve. Plenty of slots and table games. Be sure and join Cesar’s Rewards. One nice thing is you can replace your lost card from a kiosk. Second time staying here and I recommend it. It’s really all about the location particularly with a CVS right next door.
