Not the Best Experience
There were dirty clothes left in the closet from the previous guest. The bed was extremely hard. The room key didn't work to let us out of the parking garage, so we paid the $30 fee, went to the front desk to get the money credited back to us and get keys that worked. Money was never refunded.
Save your money and stay at another Vegas hotel
First off we landed Thursday night and checked in to our hotel room. The room when we first got in felt like someone else had already been in there for a few hours and then maybe checked out and they didn’t clean it in between because the chair in the room for stuff was disgusting and then the table had like marks on it from drinks, the bathroom felt very gross there was even other peoples hair in the shower and I just felt very disgusting staying there. Then when I went to bed I was so exhausted I didn’t even have a chance to complain to the front desk yet, the pillows were so hard and so firm just overall uncomfortable. we did not have a good sleep that night. We were awoken in the middle of the night by an awful rotten egg smell multiple times and it was just so disgusting and I have no idea what it was because it came and went and then by the morning we didn’t smell it but it was strong enough to wake us out of a sleep which isn’t the easiest thing to do after we had been traveling all day. The next day we went to complain to the front desk and they switched us to their so-called “deluxe room” with a view and I will say the view was great but the room was the exact same room just with a good view. It’s still felt very gross... not as gross as our previous room but it just wasn’t our vibe! I have stayed at the aria before and I did not have any issues like this, I felt like the area was not very clean and not sanitized properly especially during Covid times. So we ended up switching our stay to the Wynn for our last two nights and that was the best decision that we ever made. The Wynn was amazing the rooms were so clean and sanitized and I didn’t feel the slightest bit of dirtiness staying there. So I recommend saving your money and saving up a little bit more money and staying at a place like the Wynn or the Aria because they overall are way better and not gross. Never will come back to Paris and I was so bummed it sucked there.
Fantastic Stay!
We will definitely be back! Such a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff! Our sink was clogged and it was fixed right away. I deactivated my room keys and the ladies at the front desk were so nice and showed me how to use the kiosk. They have amazing pizza in one of their restaurants! View from our room was amazing and I loved their texting concierge!
Absolutely terrible customer service.
Usually I stay at the Paris during my trip to Vegas cuz of their location on the Strip ,but I noticed their extremely under staffed ever since last year of Covid , and they want you to use the kiosk for checkin in, but the problems with that is everybody touching the machines and it’s very disgusting how the machine always generates bad rooms( dirty rooms or the ones that right next to the elevator annoys you).... So cuz of that I talked to my host about that and he said he arranged the check in for me at the counter so I could check in and get to my room without using the Kiosk(machines). But here comes the Reina girl with her extremely poor attitudes saying she couldn’t let me check in even though I already spoke to my host about it , she refused to let me check in and just turn her head around like I’m a piece of trash LOL 😆 and she went to the corner whispering to some short girl with the tattoos and she came over acting like I’m the one the giving them the hard time LOL she even said tell your host to call me like she is some sort of high rank manager which I knew she is NOT! What a joke that was and the way they handle the situation and their customer service skills was absolutely TERRIBLE! Caesars really needs to see how MGM handles their properties and upgrade their overall customer service and stop letting people using the kiosks LOL
Cleanest casino on the Strip
I was impressed from the time we drove up. The valet was masked and did his best to socially distance. We entered the immaculate Casino with 40 minutes to spare before our reservation at Mon Ami Gabi (which, BTW, has the BEST breakfast on the Strip). Everyone was masked, the chairs in the casino are all separated, and cleaning was efficient, visible, and ongoing. Since we had a few minutes before our reservation, I decided to play a bit. Two Max Bet presses and, WhooHoo!!! The floor staff was so efficient. I was hand-payed within minutes and easily made my reservation. BTW- ALWAYS, generously, tip out the person who hand pays you. It is called "Vegas Karma" and is much appreciated; especially during this downtime.
