Great 1st time in Vegas
I don't understand the negative reviews for the Linq. We had a perfect stay. I loved this hotel and it was perfectly in the middle of the strip. We stayed 4 nights and choose not to have housekeeping. I always seen housekeeping in hallways in the morning so getting what we needed was no issue. We used the Additional Elevators which are around the corner from main elevators (Look up for the sign) and never had to wait but a couple mins for an elevator. Some of the hotels in Vegas seem stiff. The Linq is great for the normal person travelling. 100% recommended!
We were there for 4 nights and have never experienced such a unorganized mess. Every day had to asked supervisor or manager to get the room cleaned. Finally the 3 rd night they came at 10:30p.m. To clean. There excuse was they were short handed. If that was the case tell them upon check in and do not charge a resort fee. The parking was a joke. By the time you got to the casino and room you have walked till you drop. Inside casino stores and some fast foods were closed. I am a travel agent and will tell my clients not to stay at this hotel until all facilities are back to normal including valet parking and staff is up to par. They definitely did not seem to care and from one manager to another none felt to correct the situations. This was a trip from hell
June 2021 trip.
Location of the hotel was good. Hotel room had no shampoo, bathroom floor was full of hair and rest of the room looked like it hadn't been vaccumed. The bed was made very messily and was only re-made once in a four night stay. Quality of sheets were poor. Minimal bed coverings and no blanket. Have previously stayed at other Ceasers properties and this was by far the worse one I have stayed at by far. I would never stay here again. Poor messaging, hotel said fitness center open 7 AM - 7 PM. Went two times at 7 AM (10 people waiting to get in as well ) and one time at 4:10 PM only to find out the new hours were 8 AM - 4 PM. On the 4th day I finally got in at 8 AM. The pool was filthy, could barely see the bottom of the pool. Overall quality of the hotel was poor. Air conditioner is right next to bed and blows air right on you making it difficult to sleep. Bed should be move to opposite wall in the room so it is not blowing directly on you. Heard other people talking about this in hotel as well and they moved to different hotel after one night here.
If Walmart had a casino...
If you like the constant smell of weed, rude guests, run down elevators, over crowded and under sized pool, massively overpriced drinks and poorly directed Uber pick up locations this is your place. If Walmart had a casino this would be it. If it's not, spend an extra few dollars and go else where. My room reeked of Marijuana so bad I had to call to complain so I would not get charged an extra $500. Front desk said they would send someone to spray our room to combat the smell but no one came. The room did not have a coffee pot and had limited to no space for a king room facing the street. The zip line is a waste of money as it only lasts a few seconds... if you want a decent zip line go to Freemont st.
Bed Bugs the size of a adult ant
Been going to Las Vegas over 45 years never experience anything like this first around 3am I felt something biting me on stomach sure enough there was 8 pimple looking in a row so I got up took a hot shower 1 hour later notice another bite on my shoulder so I got up and when down to registration and talk to Juan showed him the pictures I took also lifted my tshirts and know he seen the bites after Juan went to the hotel manager who was so rude like it was my fault he said they were going to send a exterminator which they never did he hotel manager call me later in the day saying there was no evidence Please people report all your Bad experiences FYI CEASARS ENTERTAINMENT HAS 7 OF 10 HOTELS ON THE STRIP WITH OUTSTANDING BED BUGS COMPLIANT LAST I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY CEASARS ENTERTAINMENT PROPERTY PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU STAY AT A CEASARS ENTERTAINMENT PROPERTY
