Nice location far enough from the strip. Just be sure to get a top floor room if you want to sleep!

We stayed in November. Nice location, a mile walk to the strip, but a world away! We stayed in J, which is close to the casino entrance and the pool. Our double-double suite was spacious, with a fridge but no microwave. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel has a cafe and restaurant, which I did not try. If you want live table games, Silver 7’s Casino Is a short walk, away from the strip. Tuscany has no live games. Our first two nights were excellent. Then an elephant moved in above us- and he did not sleep all night— sounded like he just paced. It was awful. If you like to sleep, ask for a top floor room. Room was clean. We had one dead roach on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in, but at least he didn’t seem to leave a family behind?! Overall, our stay was nice. This is a great Location away from the craziness of the strip. We had a car, as we spent most of our time with family in the area, so free parking is appreciated. If you plan to spend most of your time on the strip, just know it’s about a mile walk.
Deceptive Policies Encourage Security to Disrespct Guests.

Security is disrespectful to guests I was working out and asked to take my hoodie off while standing in line waiting for my food in the hotel.....They were hiding behind an unmentioned policy dress code I went to the manager to discuss a most humiliating situation. I told them I was a guest and they didn't care as they kept mentioning a policy for which they never tell guest about. I challenged this so called policy and asked the manager why they don't inform guests of this " dress code" especially if they are coming to enjoy themselves and aren't aware . I asked why they didn't have any literature or posted rules and she could not answer. I communicated my frustration on this most inconsistent issue where a paying guest not creating any issues is approached , followed and questioned.
The purchase of tickets for the Rat Pack show
Reviewed 28 october, 2021
I was very dis satisfied with the treatment I received from the box office at Tuscany suites. I came there on my birthday and we booked tickets to the 10/8/21 show thru Vegas.com. When the tickets were booked we got an error message and no confirmation that the purchase went thru. So we booked another set of tickets on the Tuscany box office web site. We did not find out that the purchase went thru until 10/10/21. We went to the show under the second set of tickets because we were not aware that the first purchase went thru. I went by the box office and spoke with Andrea about the mistake and was told that Vegas.com would have to send notification to them for my money to be refunded which I later found out that they had already sent the request on 10/10/21 at 1:29 and Tuscany Suites box office had denied my refund. I talk to Vegas.com and was told that they can not refund my money it has to come from Tuscany Suites. I called and spoke with a Mr Gilbert who was rude and kept talking over me. Now he is saying that my money should come from Vegas.com. That Tuscany Suites can not tell them to give me my money back and Vegas.com is telling me that the authorization has to come from Tuscany Suites. I am being bounced back and forth between the two companies. It is clear a mistake was made here and they checked and found that there were 2 reservations made on the same day but no one is willing to help me with this error. They just want to take my money and say oh well that just how it is. This is a license to steal and no one is trying to correct the error. We were out of over $600 for a show that was not worth $5.00 and since you can take my money like that and honesty and morality is not a concern for businesses today I would not recommend this to any one. If there is a mistake not sure whose mistake it was but if you can steal money like that and not care about being fair to your customers I would not recommend doing any kind of business with a company like that. The reservation # for this show wasVCW-00d67ba8 .

This was a Beautiful Resort. It had everything we needed. With COVID we didn't want to ride in an elevator 26 floors jammed in with 15 people. Our building was 3 stories ! The room was BIG and clean. The bed was comfortable. We stayed in Building C which was close to the Pool, Restaurants,Bars, and Casino. All the staff we met were friendly. Marilyn's had great Breakfast 🥞, Tuscany Gardens hands down Best Table side Cesar Salad and Dirty Martini! We also had fun in thier Casino! Only a 10 min walk to the Heart of the Strip. Quick Uber to and from the airport.
Flooded Room filled with Smoke
Reviewed 4 october, 2021
At 7:30am, our room, H314 was completely flooded with scolding hot water and leaking electrical soot from the ceiling which emergency maintenance could not contain. The air quality was immediately unhealthy, and my 8 month pregnant wife and I hurried to get everything out quickly, without any help or assistance from the staff, who was too busy trying to catch the flood of water in tiny trash receptacles. Before they arrived, we hurried to get dressed and were coughing from what I think was an electrical fire, since the water was coming out the ceiling lights with black soot. The air quality was unsafe. Without any assistance and with all of our belongings, we walked all the way to the front desk, where they gave us another room 2 floors below the flooded room? When we got there, the carpets were already wet outside the room from the flood 2 floors up, and the bathtub water faucet was on, for what reason we don't know, maybe maintenance was trying to reduce water pressure? We made our way back again to the front desk, wondering why we were placed in the 2nd location in the same building, and the manager gave us a downgraded room for the rest of our stay. Instead of asking how we were, if my pregnant wife was ok, she talked about crediting us 1 night of a waived resort fee charge, $39, and a $40 F&B credit. I've worked for 20 years in Hotel & Restaurant Management, and apart from caring about the health and safety of our guests as a first priority, any of my hotels would have picked up the tab for having to downgrade a guest that had just been though an event like this. The next day I had to tell both the manager Eden, and the head of security how disappointed I was that Eden chose to talk about credits rather than than the health of me and my pregnant wife. After I talked with them, they asked throughout the rest of our stay how she was doing, which felt a bit too late.
