Great Business Trip
Great room, great drinks, very clean, great covid measures. We had a great view of the strip from our room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The water pressure in the shower was great, I know weird to comment.
Best place to stay on the Strip
This is at least the 10 time I have stayed here. Always hospitable and you are well taken care of in a clean comfotable environment. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. great dinning options. Great gaming options and there is always someone smiling asking how your stay is and if they can get you anything! You can't go wrong!
Stuff didn’t work - so/so stay
Hotel was clean and during check in, they were constantly wiping everything down between customers. Got into the room and it was very nicely furnished. Tried to use Alexa per in room instructions but it was not working. Called down and they said that they know there is an issue with the Alexa in the room but didn’t offer to move me to a room where it worked. After 10 mins trying to connect to WiFi for music, that didn’t seem to work either. Overall stay was just ok.
Amazing rooms and service
We came from Paris because we had arrived on a Thursday evening and our rooms were discussing at Paris and was super bummed but then a friend got us to stay at the wynn and the experience was night and day compared to Paris. The rooms were super clean and beautiful and felt super cozy. We actually wanted to be in our hotel room! Casino was great we had some good luck on slots and the beverage service girls came around frequently which no other hotels we gambled at that weekend had as good of beverage service. Overall we are so pleased that we switched from Paris to the wynn and we hope to come back so soon!

The staff is very helpful and professional! The check in and check out process is quick. The room is very nice. We were assigned a room on the 59th floor overlooking the strip. The view is amazing, especially at night. The room service is amazing, they quick to response to your request. Highly recommended!!!
