Nice Quiet Motel
Lots of parking. Nice friendly staff. Quiet location off the highway a ways. Pet friendly. Very moderately priced in fall months. Very close to all Wall businesses. Would stay again if passing through Wall.
A Week in the Quad CIties Area
Super 8 rooms spacious, clean very very clean. The breakfast was not quite supplied or filled.If they were out there were out. When questioning on this the front desk person at that time did not look as if she was glad to be there on the job
The cops were called because I (very rationally) complained about our smoke alarm
This was my birthday trip to the Quad Cities. The 2nd night we had an issue with our smoke alarm going off, and I made a perfectly reasonable complaint to Wendy, asking for a partial refund. I was not in a good mood, but I was certainly not unruly, rude, and what happened next shocked me for days afterwards. I was in the shower and my wife told me the police were at our door, that I'd been accused of swearing at Wendy and calling her names, and that we've been asked to leave. We were leaving anyway, I did not put up a fight. Wendy called the police and told lies. I asked for her name simply to reference who I was speaking to, and she seems to have reacted as if I was going to complain about her personally. I worked at a Super 8 for 2 years, my wife worked for hotels for 4 years, I would never do what she accused me of. I would never take out my frustrations on the front desk staff. We've been told to never return to this location by the LeClaire police, not that that would ever be an issue. Extremely nice trip to the Quad Cities, but Wendy needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service.
Vacation
Pleasant town, lots of things to see and do. Very friendly staff and awesome sights to see along the river. Highly recommend staying here, clean and breakfast was as to be expected. It was easy to find.

I have stayed at this motel for the last probably 25 years. I like the staff, very friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. grat Place . will always pick this place to saty.
