FIRST TIME HERE...BUT NOT THE LAST! Great location, friendly and helpful staff day and night. Excellent facility, clean and comfortable. Great rates for a night or a month....one of the best we have found. My wife had a medical procedure done next door (literally) at the University of Texas MD Anderson facility and it was just easier to stay overnight rather than drive early in the morning to make the early start time. Will be back here often. Book it and leave the comfort to them. The "Snack Machine" is a large room filled with anything you may want at a good price and a wall of "Things to Borrow" for fun and utility use.
Very beautiful room and lobby.
The room had a recliner, for comfortable TV viewing. The room came equipped with a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, stove, and micro-wave. Very good for cooking in the room with a family. I thought the location was convenient.
Nice Hotel but they have a roach problem
We stayed one night at this hotel on the way to California. The hotel is in a great location right off the highway and conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel manager let us check in early and he was very cordial. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a small store located in the lobby. And coffee is available 24 hours. That is the good. I ordered food from a local restaurant and had it delivered to our room. When I went to retrieve a few plates from the kitchen cupboard, two roaches fell out of the cabinet on to the counter. This was pretty upsetting and basically ruined our stay. We will not stay at this hotel again.
Left Small Make-up Bag, $25 postage
Check in was easy. Room was good. Bed was comfy. Just disappointed that they want to charge $25 to send my small makeup bag to me. Everything could probably fit into a flat rate small box or padded envelope. I worked for Staybridge and we would mail it at our expense if the customer asked. I'm fine with paying a reasonable amount since it was my fault and it has my medicine in it but $25 is too much. Come on.
Roach motel
I saw 3 roaches upon walking into the room. I photographed a small one but the other two were much larger. I'm disgusted. I was desperate for a good night's sleep after an extremely tiring day. I won't be getting one after all. I hate roaches.
