Horrible. There is a reason this place has such low reviews on multiple sites. Quality of service starts at the top…. Do yourself a favor, find another place. The headaches and lack of service here are not worth it. Many choices within a short drive, keep looking.

This hotel is lacking and needs some updates and better maintenance. The best thing about it was the staff. They were super friendly and hospitable. However, the room had an offensive odor. One of the lamps didn’t work. The window shade was difficult to operate, and the hot water in the breakfast area was cold. Additionally, the coffee area was flooded with water, the coffee wasn’t tasty, and the breakfast offerings were slim. This would not be a choice place to stay if you’re looking for a decent night’s rest and relaxation for a personal vacation.

Several issues with our room. Housekeeping was wonderful when we asked for sheets and extra towels. For being a newer hotel it is quite run down already. The younger staff members were more interested in their phones than helping with problems. Bathroom was very spacious. Room was also spacious.

BEWARE! Poor business practices/customer service. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions but will never do so again. A week ago, we had planned a trip to visit our daughter and her family and booked a 2 night stay. On the morning of the day of our intended arrival, our daughter called us to say that they were ill. We immediately called the hotel and explained the situation, asked not to be charged due to the circumstances and said we would like to rebook for another weekend in October. They essentially said "too bad" and refused to not accommodate us. We called corporate guest services and they said they could reverse the charge but it had to be approved by the hotel manager - he/she refused to do so. So we were charged for a night we couldn't use. If your plans are not set in stone, do not risk it with this location. They just want the money, no interest in the customer.

Thankful for Holiday Inn Express after an unexpected, last minute stay!

I booked this close to 10:00 P. M. due to faulty air conditioner at my house. I was happy to get a clean spacious room and self controls for the air conditioning so it was cool and comfortable. The morning breakfast was more than I expected since Covid hit. It was good to see things in travel returning to some normalcy! I asked for late checkout since I arrived so late, and was given until noon.
