The management is utterly unprofessional. The maintenance of the hotel clearly left behind... cleaning could be really improved. The hydromassage tub worked randomly and the shower flooded over the whole bathroom! The drain wasn’t working and once repaired, the smell was so intense we had to move room at once! No commercial gesture was offered in compensation. Barely an apology from the staff that seems to be totally overwhelmed with the situation. We felt totally robbed!

Another great stay @Lisotel. Great Valentine's day event and dinner! The restaurant is very very nice, the SPA area is great, the massage room for Two is wonderful!!! My wife simply loves it! Great for a getaway from the city and enjoy the countryside with family!!

A decent 3 star ideally placed for touring by car between Leiria and local towns. Placed near motorway junction but no noise problem. The rooms are modern -ish with enough space to lay out your laptop and suitcase.

Indeed this was a pleasant surprise. A well run and well maintained Portuguese hotel. Not cheap no but comfy, quiet, modern, clean, excellent beds, good bathroom with a good layout. The Sap is amongst the nicest Ive ever been too....super zen, was a great experience all in all, to point out the Spa is €10 each person for 2 hours. For Leiria it must be easily one of the best hotels and also has thematic rooms so enjoy yourself...we were there for one night for a birthday and it was great! Shame the bar is in the entrance so if you are expecting a nice cosy bar, thats clearly the only aspect I can point out where the Hotel fails...everything else on point and also Eco friendly!

Just Wonderful! Everything was Neat and better than expected!! We asked for a VEGAN dish at the restaurant and the Chef was so kindly involved in preparing us a wonderful dinner, We are Truly Grateful for his time! And Suraj is only the best waiter that we have ever met, friendly, playful, thoughtful... one in a million! We'll be back!
