Terrible experience with customer service. Room layout has problems.
We had a two day reservation. Placed wet towels in shower and requested that fresh, dry towels be supplied for day 2. There is no way the wet towels would be dry for day two because there were only two hooks for hanging anything. There were no towel bars for hanging wet towels and wash cloths. The front desk did not act on our request. We arrived back at our room late and found no clean, dry towels. The shower/toilet/sink area has no door for privacy. If you turn on the light in this area at night, you light up the entire room, waking anyone sleeping. A bad design. The toilet has no cover lid; there is only a seat with an opening. I have never seen a toilet with no cover in a hotel before???? The layout of rooms on the floor levels makes getting to your room a challenge. It's like the architect was a mad man. For a $227.05 room, why are there so many design failings? The front desk person was never at their station when I passed by. You always had to ring a bell to get anyone's attention. This was the last Staybridge Suites stay for us.
Excellent hotel in south Naples!
Superb accommodations with clean, well-lit and comfortable rooms w/kitchenette, great staff, heated, well-designed pool and a complimentary happy hour at the tiki bar M-W. Our room was very quiet, though likely due in part to the hotel being at less than full capacity. Despite pandemic restrictions, they still had a neat grab-and-go breakfast with sandwiches, pastries, cereal, fruit and beverages. Or, alternatively, there's a Publix grocery across the road to supply a do-it-yourself meal in your room. There's also an excellent fitness room, and a large laundry with complimentary washers and dryers. Honestly, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay in Naples!
Stay Here!
We came here for a family vacation and were greeted by incredibly friendly staff and an awesome atmosphere. There was plenty of space to spread out and hangout during the day. The pool is spacious and so relaxing! One of the staff members, Darren, made us feel especially welcome and went out of his way to make our enhance our experience. We are already looking to book a room here next year. Highly, highly recommend this spot!
Great property and great location to Naples and Marco Island
Felt so comfortable here and was just in a great location to shops and restaurants. Staff was terrific and our room was spotless. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Pool was terrific but the only thing is try and bring your own beach towel. Beach towers were rather small. Other then that was a perfect place to stay.
A Perfect Location
A sudden family emergency brought us to the Naples area, and this Staybridge Suites hotel was in a perfect location, not only to family, but to any amenity we needed. Because we needed extended stay accommodations, coupled with COVID-related self isolation prior to family interactions, the spacious suite fit our needs. We chose to stay in the two room suite for added space and privacy. The kitchen provided the necessary utilities/implements to prepare basic food products. The full size refrigerator with ice maker was wonderful. Because of COVID we had limited exposure to other patrons. That included while using the laundry services, the grab-and-go breakfast, and house keeping services. The property was quiet, with COVID precautions being observed and practiced by most. Within a mile of the hotel, numerous restaurants, grocery stores, specialty stores, etc are located. We wanted for nothing. But most importantly the staff was very accommodating considering our circumstances behind our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again. Hopefully all Staybridge Suites are like this Naples-Marco Island property.
