good hotel for business people! +inside warm swimming pool (and they serve drinks in the pool) ! +good breakfast (but too much people who serves) +good location +good gym +quick reception +quick room service -no spa (drama(((( -no minibar in the room (drama((((((( -bar nearby the hotel u can find lots of good places: shopping mall, restaurants (like frascati) etc.

This is a wonderful hotel in Leon! The staff welcomed us so well and spoke impeccable English too. They were so helpful and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The room was amazing. It was large, very clean and well equipped. The coffee machine was great and the hand made chocolates were a welcome addition too. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as was the walk in shower! There were plenty of towels, bath robes and slippers. I would want to come back again! There breakfast was brilliant and the pool area and gym looked great too.

The Crown Plaza Leon is our "go to hotel in Leon. This place is truly a gem of a property. Location is great and the property and staff are excellent. If you find yourself in Leon, I highly recomend that you put this location at the top of you list for consideration

This hotel is by far one of the most customer focused hotels I have ever visited. Staff are friendly, will go out of their way to help guests including jump starting a car with a flat battery using their own car. The waiters were attentive would go out of their way to help my disable mother-in-law transfer from her wheelchair, they would come to the table to say hello even if you were not being served by them. The cleaners were very friendly and helpfull, all staff gave the hotel a feeling of home.

Never prepay your room in Crowne Plaza

The hotel is fairly new but some how lacks a warm welcome. The staff behaves more like 3 stars hotel in US standards with poor service. When we entered the Junior room the smell to smoke was so intense that we requested a change to other room. I called the attendant and she offered other downgrade room but she refused to return the overpaid amount. So we moved to the downgraded room. She said— “I can just give you a free breakfast but I can not return the money because you prepaid with Expedia and we have no access to that information”. This is definitely not true because I have been in other similar situations and the hotel have contacted Expedia and they refunded the difference. Dear manager before you apologize please talk to Expedia they will confirm what I said. Unless you already knew that.
