Staff were nice, room was clean. That is the only positive comment. Our booking was for 3 people but we had only one towel. It was hot in Paris and there was no air conditioning. The lift was so small each of us had to go up separately with our suitcases. The pillows were decorative roll pillows not proper pillows. The 'minibar' was an empty fridge that couldn't chill a bottle of water. The guy working reception was sound asleep in his chair once. We had to wake him to give him our room key. We didn't complete our stay it was so bad. We found a better hotel elsewhere. It's also miles away from anything interesting.

Great location but rooms are very dated. We were told there would be a stocked mini fridge but arrived to an empty fridge. Bathroom was modern but only had one bath towel to share and shoe polish instead of shower gel. When we arrived to Check in the man on reception had a porn channel on the tv and didn’t seem to bothered by it... didn’t seem to want to be there. Wouldn’t stay again.

We chose this hotel as it is in the neighborhood where our friend lives. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Yes small bedrooms, yes slightly dated, all rooms (we had 3) had nicely updated (small) bathroom which helped a lot. The breakfast was basic, but good value. The bonus is the metro station a 2 minute walk away. Bargain price, great location but it’s not the Ritz. If you’re on a budget, this is the place to stay.

I stayed here for an IBM conference. No frills but excellent value. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The wifi worked well, which is not always the case for budget hotels and is essential for me. I would stay here again.
Very pleasant, clean, excellent front office staff

I stayed for 3 nights March 2017, for business, I was attending a conference at the palais des congres, which as a reasonable (15 minutes) walk away. The hotel is a short walk from the Metro. The check-in and the staff overall is delightful. The room is small, dated, but is clean. The bathroom is small but quite adequate. The bed is comfortable "enough". The internet is free and fast. The breakfast is not worth it, you can get much better options a short walk away and the restaurants around the conference center are excellent. There is a Carrefour nearby (5 min walk) if you need to purchase any groceries or fruits. Overall I would recommend this for travellers on budget, clean, adequate and very welcoming staff. Excellent value for the money. The only concern I may have is that it may get stuffy in summer as it seems there is no A/C.
