The motel was good for the price,The customer service was excellent the front desk clerk Ally was very friendly and helpful I needed more towels and she made sure to get them right away.The breakfast was good.I would definitely stay here again.

Jessica was very helpful and the customer service was excellent. She helped us to our room with our bags when the elevator was being repaired. The room was clean and ready for us early. We always stay here for the service.

On first site, all appeared ok. Front desk lady was friendly. We were informed rooms would not be ready on time due to lack of house keeping crews. House keeping couldn't be found and wasn't answering their phone. As we made it to our floor, it was strewn with the dirty towels from the room. Housekeeping cart in the middle of the floor, no one around. Once in the room things changed drastically. A/C was not working. Left over food in the fridge and a 1/2 eaten sonic sandwich in the microwave. I no longer felt my room had been properly cleaned. My friend I was traveling with also had issues with his room. Scum ring in the toilet, missing face plate over the bathroom electrical socket. Both room doors show heavy signs of being jimmied open. Doors to the outside staircase were locked so in case of a fire, I was told to use the elevator. WHAT!! Eventually the housekeeping crew appeared. Just a couple of young adults, unmotivated and just sitting around. Luckily my room was never charged, however my friends room had been charged to my card. They would not offer a refund. So even though I had to leave the hotel, they still charged for his room. Despite a complaint through my bank, my request of a refund was still denied, even though we left the hotel. I am considering contacting the City of Lewiston for unsafe conditions.

Filthy, and Quadruple charged for room

Hotel appeared shady (With people hanging out in the parking lot) when we arrived, but since payment was arranged over the internet before we left and we were late for our planned visit with relatives in Lewiston, we decided that despite the run-down condition and stale smell in the room, we would leave our luggage, turn on the A/C and come back later. When we got back to the hotel a few hours later, the room was still hot despite the a/c being on, and when we pulled back the blanket, we found that the sheet did not even cover the whole mattress, which was stained and visibly dirty. As we could not sleep under those conditions, we put together our belongings and went to the front desk to complain. No one was there... I attempted to call from the lobby phone without response. The staff person was apparently sleeping in a nearby room, as after the desk phone rang, the clerk came out of that room. We told him about the situation with the room and asked to be refunded for the room based on the unsanitary conditions. He said he could not issue a refund, so we left the hotel and started our drive home instead of sleeping. When we got home and checked our online credit card activity, we found they not only charged us $81 for a stay we couldn't complete, but charged us a duplicate charge of $81 and a third charge of $162, all for the same day. We addressed this with our credit card company, which means we get to fill out a dispute affidavit not only for one nights stay, but also for the additional duplicate and the double overcharge. What a nightmare... Unless you are looking for a flophouse, I suggest you steer clear of this dirty, run-down hotel.

Like other TA reviews, we noticed the hotel is dated but the friendly staff is 4 star. The hotel is family and pet friendly ($15 charge for a dog). My husband and I stayed one night in a King room with a river view. The cost was less than $90 including tax. The room was clean and had all the amenities- microwave, refrigerator, cable tv, WIFI, hair dryer, etc . There’s an outdoor pool too but we didn’t use it. The continental breakfast includes make yourself waffles, cereal, fruit (apples and oranges), coffee, and some juices. No protein such as eggs or breakfast meat, no yogurt, no bagels, etc. Breakfast ends at 9am, by 8:25am the Orange Juice was empty and there was quite a mess around the waffle toppings. My recommendation is to go early for the best selection. The room was quiet for the most part but the air conditioner is quite loud. Restaurants are nearby and easy to walk to such as Antonio’s and Mystic.
