A great hotel in a great location. Friendly staff all around. Breakfast lady was friendly, polite and attentive. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: excellent bed and blackout curtains. Nice firepit outdoors Cons: The firepit was great, but the setup was very tight. There was a group of 4 out there when we arrived and there wasn’t really room for us without crowding them. I chose this hotel for on site restaurant and bar. As a Tapestry Collection hotel, I expected that and an inviting lobby. It has neither. We were told restaurant was closed due to a lost liquor license. But they did serve breakfast. Lobby was a couch right by the door. We finally got settled in our room around 11 and went to take a shower. There were no wash rags. I knew that there was only one worker at the desk and she seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. We just used a handtowel. 🤦🏻♀️ There was also no glassware in the bathrooms. The AC was also confusing with a “temporary” or “permanent” setting. Upon checkout, I mentioned both of these to front desk and got a “sorry.” They did notify the manager who told us no washrags was “an oversight.” When I pay $250 for a hotel room, I sort of expect them to provide basic amenities. Then we were told that the glassware was missing because of the restaurant renovation. Great location and I loved the old building. I think when hotel is up and running with all amenities, it could be a great stay. But, for now, I’d pass. I don’t feel it was worth the price.
Wonderful weekend at the Sire

My family and I spent a long weekend at The Sire for a wedding. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the location. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The outdoor fire pit was an added bonus to the trip!!!
Boutique hotel, but still a Hilton

Excellent location; small, but very nice. Unusual to have free parking in a downtown location, so definitely a plus. Breakfast included was very good, but a little variety would have been nice (scrambled eggs every day during 3 night stay; very good but….) Would definitely stay again.
Bourbon Trail Stay

We had a great stay at the Sire hotel while we visited local bourbon distilleries. Our favorite is the perfect fireplace and seating out front where you can relax and have a beverage in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and showers had hot water and great pressure.
