Do not prepay your room. Oyo now operates the property but the only improvement are the comfy beds. The rooms are very old and tiny it's an old motel, but the worst part is the staff. I have service dogs but the mean, and I mean MEAN WOMAN that checked me in refused to honor my VA issued ID card and instead demanded some imaginary sevice dog ID that she couldn't even describe. She made me pay in cash. No tax no receipt. Big time negativity here. Avoid it.

Worst experience ever with a motel

Do not stay at this motel it was a genuine ripoff. I was in liberal so I made a reservation at the budget inn La Fonda in liberal KS through booking .com got a decent price had a confirmation number however when arriving at motel after driving 20 hours straight not only was the person at the motel extremely rude they would not honor the reservation I had through booking. He tells me I have to put a 300 cash deposit to honor the price. What adds insult to injury the sign in front of the motel had rooms "ONLY $45" yet he charged me $60 for the fleabag room I was too exhausted to go motel hunting and paid his ripoff price. The rooms were not that clean either I will post a bad review on all the booking places. I hope he enjoyed screwing me but the pen is mightier than the sword.
