The room smelled horrible, wasn’t aware they allowed pets, our fault for not reading throughly. The bed, wow! wasn’t going to sleep on it, to say it was, “extremely tired” is not an exaggeration, and the pillows, maybe were 12x12x12 each. Either way we just couldn’t stay there. The front desk employee was extremely nice and professional which made what we experienced laughable and memorable instead of a frustrating one, simple because how nice and professional she was when we expressed our concerns to her. Hats off to her!!!!!!

If you want to stay in a really outdated and filthy hotel, this is the one for you. This hotel is incredibly outdated. The sidewalks are shattered, the carpets stained, the public bathrooms dirty. Radisson needs to pour a good million dollars into this property, or should sell it away to a competitor with more money. A total and complete rip-off.
Another outstanding stay at this chain

Every time I check into a Country Inn And Suites, I mention to the front desk that I've never had a bad experience with them, and I don't anticipate having any issues with that particular stay. This particular visit - a one-night stop on the third leg of an extended honeymoon - not only kept this streak alive, but we encountered Aaron, a young man who most certainly enjoys his job. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, and was an overall joy to have encountered. (We made sure to tell the morning clerk about how wonderful of a job he does, and she said, "Oh, yes. We love Aaron." If you're fortunate enough to get him when you check in, you'll understand why.
It also was nice to finally enjoy some of the perks we could not during the pandemic - the pool and hot tub were well maintained, and the continental breakfast was pleasing enough. And, our room was clean and comfortable - exactly what I expect when I stay at a Country Inn.
Our only regret? I wish we had stayed longer than one night. But, I have a feeling we'll be coming through this way again in the near future - and when we do, this hotel will be our first, last and only choice of a place to stay.
Couldn’t even stay the night

Wife became a little concerned at check in when nobody seemed to be concerned with COVID precautions. When we got to the room we noticed that the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The carpet was torn up and the furniture was in poor condition. Bed frame was broken. When my kids were ready for bed they noticed all sorts of stains and hair on the bedding. Between the dirty conditions and noisy rooms, we had to leave for another hotel. Kids were uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep.
