Very well run hotel my favorite place to stay when in the area. A great location easy highway access going north,south, east or west. Lots of good parking & many choices of food or shopping without driving.
Super Clean Hotel with a delicious hot breakfast

This hotel is very clean!! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable beds. Front desk personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. We had to leave early on Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprised to find the hot breakfast ready before we left. Cheese omelets, sliced sausages, fresh muffins, great coffee and juices along with the other regular breakfast buffet items. We come down every year for the hot air balloon festival and will definitely return to this hotel.

I’ve been to quite a few hotels in this country. My stays are always with Hilton or Hampton. One thing I’ve learned is, when you reach the hotel and get checked in you usually shower and maybe grab a bite. If your able to finish your day and fall asleep with ease than it’s a good hotel. I had a good experience with no problems. I’d stay again and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Awful experience with hotel manager, area general manager, and hotel itself. Regarding hotel manager, we were told we could park our vehicles in a certain location by staff. When the manager came in the following morning she did not like where we were parked and we overheard he agreeing with a guest that we needed to be "taught manners." She then placed adhesive notes on all of our vehicles, including a handicap veteran parked in a handicap spot. When confronted and shown the handicap plate she simply stated "Well I didn't know to look there, that was a mistake." The general manager, which is also a regional manager of a choice hotel, reached out after our stay and was the most rude, condescending, passive aggressive individual I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. However, it is commiserate with what you would expect from a choice hotel. Finally, the rooms themselves were not the best. We rented 3 rooms, and one of the air conditioners was not working. If in the area, go elsewhere to an establishment that values its customers, veterans, and common curtesy.

Hospitality is not at Hilton Standards. Breakfast was inadequate and wasn’t replenished. Reception did not greet the way a Diamond HHONORS Member should be. We are busy is no excuse for bad service, you’ve just started receiving guests again.
