Buen hotel
Queda céntrico y ofrecen varios servicios, sobre el costo es el promedio. Realmente lo disfrute. El desayuno muy rico solo tienen que cambiar al menú, en los 3 días que estuve, el menú fue casi igual. Las recepcionistas son muy amables.
Hyatt Place-wonderful staycation
My family and I wanted to do a mini vacation but not really travel. We decided to stay at the Hyatt Place in downtown Lincoln. Amazing stay!! I would definitely recommend staying here for a vacation or staycation!
Unexpected Bliss
The quality of the room, services and staff were better than I had expected for the price. The front desk went above and beyond to help me find a way to secure my room when I realized I had forgotten to pack my portable door lock that helps keep my Special Needs brother safely in the room. I was tired, cranky and panicking. Within 10 minutes of our arrival he had found a couple of options to help me solve my problem. We were able to relax, have a peace of mind and enjoy our stay. The only down side for me was that the beds were a little too firm for me. Overall, traveling during a pandemic was very unexpectedly pleasant here.
nice stay
Walking distance to downtown events good location check in employee could of been more pleasant. Was told breakfast was grab and go but was pleased it was a hot nice breakfast. I asked for more coffee packets and was told by employee well we have coffee down here in morning. Kinda defeats purpose of in room coffee.
Great location, friendly staff
Great location within the Haymarket. Easy in and out for garage. Front desk was efficient and friendly. We appreciated the breakfast efforts as so many hotels have just stopped offering it even if it's included. At no time did we feel uncomfortable or 'unsafe' from Covid.
