Lovely old hotel
We stayed for one night in this charming hotel, in a large and very comfortable room on the first floor. The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate and everything was spotlessly clean. Covid protection is clearly taken seriously, with sanitising gel provided at various points, and screens separating tables in the breakfast room. Breakfast (full English, and very nice) was ordered the night before for 08:30, and it arrived on time so there was no waiting around while it was cooked. The host, Richard, was very helpful, with suggestions for evening meals, (not currently available a the Mansion House at weekends, though it's probably worth checking this beforehand as things change) and places to walk the dog. Pretty much in the centre of Holbeach so hand for everything the town has to offer. We would happily stay here again if we were in the area.
Beautiful hotel!
Excellent stay, room was clean and comfortable bed. It’s in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the centre and parking was easy. Food in the hotel restaurant also excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Lovely nights sleep
Stayed here for brother's 70th, think we were only people in hotel, lovely sleep but as we did not pay for room (brother did) was not offered breakfast but would be happy to stay again if breakfast included, hosts were very nice hotel was quirky!!

Richard & Sam were very friendly, accommodating and simply great hosts! Richard's food was fabulous and was creative and fresh. Lovely rooms in a gorgeous old house with great character. Apologies for the delay, we had problems submitting this before Xmas. Best wishes! Highly recommended for anyone!
Great family-run hotel
Stayed 1 night. Very friendly relaxed owners. Nice to stay in somewhere with real character but with modern fittings too. Dinner was fantastic - high quality, v tasty! Bed was really comfortable - slept really well. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.
