Nice rooms, friendly owner
greeting with a smile and offered a twin room where as i booked a single. The offer was much appreciated Nice size rooms The Nespreso machine was a great surprise as i don't do breakfast which is an extra cost so suited me well. Only negatives is the room is a bit dark and the TV a bit small. Overall a good experience
The Perfect Bed and Breakfast
The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was first class with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean including the bathroom. Excellent breakfast with large choice from fruit and cereal to full English which was delicious. Certainly one to remember when we next visit the area. Thankyou.
Excellent stay
The service was top class and John's classic Ulceby Lodge Breakfast is a winner! The rooms are very clean and comfy with good Wifi. Would certainly recommend Ulceby Lodge for everyone to stay either for business, or passing through! Tops class B&B best value for money by far! i can see why the B&B have such high ratings from Trip Adviser as well as English Breakfast. Well Done Avril & John. Will definitely come stay here again.
Excellent, nothing to fault
Spent one night here as I was working nearby. Everything was very clean and owners very friendly. They made me a cooked breakfast in morning which was very nice and there was also continental available. Owner recommend pub in the evening, the Fox Inn, which indeed was very good. Would stay again
This place is perfect
Everything is ultra clean, bed comfortable and service is truely outstanding , par excellence. The hosts are just the best Ive ever met and couldn't do enough for my stay. I shall certainly use this establishment again and will advise our South African friends to stay here when travelling north. Their knowledge and information on the surroundings is very good.
