Friendly service and nice room. No hot breakfast as advertised, and pool was out of service. Other than that, everything was great. Nice lady at the counter was very friendly and made me feel welcome.
Not the best place to stay. Too expensive for what you get!

The hotel did not meet minimal expectations of cleanliness nor value for the price they charged. Room furniture was old, worn out and damaged drawers. Interior walls damaged and unrepaired. Air conditioner didn't work and the lady on duty argued with me it did work. I had to get her to put us in another room.

Our room was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the copperhead I about stepped on outside the side entrance, but that is simply mother nature not the hotels fault. I really enjoyed the area and facility.

The hotel was great. It was clean, well maintained. The night clerk was so nice, the morning clerk, probably woke up in the wrong side of the bed. I don't think he slept on one of the hotels super comfy beds. The only complaint I have, is I woke with a headache, on the second day of a criss country trip, Florida to California, and housekeeping was rushing me our of the room. She started her S.W.A.T. knock at 9:30 am, (check out is at noon), and continued to knock every 15 to 20 minutes until I finally gave up and checked out, exhausted and still with a pounding headache at 10:50. Yes, I know, if I had put the do not disturb sign up this might not have happened, but, I think I knock should have been enough as she was working on my floor, and could see I never left.
When I finally walked out, she was standing next to my door, on her phone, waiting. I guess I was keeping her from getting off too early. So sorry.

We typically stay at la Quinta because we travel with a small dog and generally they are adequate. This one claimed to be remodeled but our room was apparently not. The air conditioner was very very loud and obviously old. The mirror door was cracked and fixed with duct tape. Other minor things were chipped etc. it appears that this might be one of the “pet” rooms and the owners don’t care. It was also overpriced for a la Quinta for that night in my opinion. But we had few options. I asked the clerk to have the manager call me but I haven’t received a call. Probably will stay away from this brand from now on.
