We stayed in Suite 1 which is one of their smaller studio suites. it was a fantastic room. The high ceilings and double aspect windows made it light and airy. The super king bed was one of the most comfortable night’s sleep I have had for ages. The suite has been kitted out with everything you would need. A kitchen area with a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and induction hob. A welcome breakfast basket with cereals, bread, sweet buns, preserves, butter, milk, eggs, fresh fruit and fruit juices, A powerful rain shower, motion sensor lights. Etc etc. I could go on and on as it was just so good. We will definitely use the residence again. Fast wifi and barrier controlled private parking…and a very pleasant host at reception! Apparently they have been renovating the listed building for the past 10 years. The quality of the workmanship and high standard of everything there, right down to great big thick bath sheets all show that they cared enough to take the time to be able to do it properly. Right in the centre of the High Street in this lovely wee town. Would definitely recommend. Ev
Fabulous, absolutely and utterly fabulous!

Beautiful room with high ceilings and large shuttered windows. The bed was large and comfy and the shower was superb in a large tiled bathroom. We were provided with a generously filled breakfast hamper. There was an abundance of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. It was a gorgeous room.
Great Accommodation in the heart of Linlithgow.

We booked a Duplex Room which was fantastic, but if you are of a certain age and need to get up in the middle of the night, I would advise booking one of their other beautiful rooms. We would definitely stay here again. So much to see and do in the location. The room it's self was very well set up with everything you would need (apart from a waste paper bin upstairs)... The Bed was very comfortable and the Shower great. The Room /Bathroom was clean and we felt very covid safe. Sat Night was a bit noisy from the bar which was opposite our room, but that's not the accommodations fault.
All the comforts of home

Occupying former law courts, this aparthotel is a smart, sound choice for those wanting a comfortable bolthole in this part of Scotland. The conversion of the building has been carried out to a very high standard, with bright modern fittings that do not detract from the grandeur of the building with its’ high ceilings, ornate ironwork and grand interior staircase. Doors, lift and private car park are all controlled by your key card. We took a corner studio with views to the side and over the high street. It was smartly furnished with modern fittings and large enough to accommodate a compact kitchen area, sofa, dining space, as well as a separate bathroom with shower. The fridge and accompanying hamper were well stocked with milk, eggs and breakfast items. The kitchen provided all the tools and gadgets (incl. dishwasher) you could need. The arrangement still provided full room servicing (subject to COVID restrictions). The efficient and friendly hosts are also on hand most of the day.
Classy Birthday Stay

Absolutely delighted with the property, location and hosts, our fifth Scotland visit and without doubt best. Features and benefits too numerous to mention. We arrived Sunday afternoon & met two pleasant and welcoming owners. Our room, large spacious and well laid out. Very well presented with pretty much everything needed for our six night stay including stocked kitchenette and mini dishwasher. Secure off street parking & easy access to public transport meant getting around was very easy. We genuinely recommend Court Residence as an upmarket stay in a beautiful history rich Burgh.
