Buenas instalaciones y buen servicio. Estaba cerca del lugar de mi reunion. Despues pude volver a trabajar un rato antes de mi proximo vuelo. He estado en otros de otras ciudades, me gusta el servicio y tener cafe disponible en cualquier momento.
Hampton Inn Lino Lakes
Great service, with great location! Bathroom was dirty upon arrival, toilet had feces smeared on it, and the shower had long hairs in it. Other than this, the room was clean and the staff was very welcoming!
Hampton Inn & Suites Responsive to Pandemic
Had to be in the Twin Cities for COVID 19 vaccination #2. Was grateful to see the hotel and staff take the pandemic seriously. Facilities were clean and social distancing aids in place. All staff wore masks and so did all the guests that I encountered. I appreciate this level of care.
Solid Hampton
Stayed here on a recent Sat night with my family of four. Good Hampton stay, quiet as a mouse on the 5th floor. Used digital key which worked flawlessly. Breakfast still Covid prepackaged but decent. Nice pool area with big hot tub, and sauna which was Covid closed. Signs everywhere that masks are required inside....but hardly anyone wore them and staff seemed fine with people's choices. In other words, this hotel does not freak out about Covid and that is refreshing. Hotel is in a quiet location with a good Mexican cafe nearby. Would stay again!
Not sure what to expect....
This was my first hotel stay in 6 months due to Covid. I travel frequently for work and loyal to Hilton/Hampton in particular. First and foremost, the staff was excellent during my 3 days here! Yes, little breakfast options, no workout facilities but with our current environment, I understand. Where it fell short was the dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom, TV didn’t work and had trouble with the digital key. The towel gave the impression the room was not thoroughly cleaned as expected. Not the best experience on my first stay.
