The pictures do not represent what you get or see when you get there. Old and dirty, need a good wash and a few coats of paint Breakfast????? One slice of ham and a slice of cheese with a very tiny muffin. Stayed at several hostel during my month of travelling Portugal, this is the worse place ever. Unable to close window at night cause of the smell of mold and humidity in the room

The best Hostel experience...and I'm a world traveler

I got a private room with an attached bathroom all to myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room..the bed sheets were so soft and the pillows lovely! Did not feel like I was in a Hostel. I'm 57 yrs old and appreciated that there was an elevator up to my 4th floor room(this is not a given amenity in Lisbon. The director Antonio was a delightful handsome man who has years of experience in hospitality and it shows. I had left my vrbo accommodation that was not as advertised and was so grateful to have a hot shower in my private bathroom...heaven. And the location!!!!couldn't have asked for more. Walking distance to sights, right across the Elevator and a mall with a food court for a quick bite on a rainy day. Joal was very kind and helpful with suggestions on where to visit.

Just finished a 4 night stay in a 4 bed male dorm on 3rd floor. Super clean. Great shower and shave area. Friendly staff (Diego & Joel...you Rock) and the two older gentlemen who handle the night shift. Perfect location indeed in the heart of everything. Breakfast Daily was simple but ample. Yeah elevator is both blessing (as so old skol) and curse (when guests don’t close properly) but no big deal.

Good value for money. Good location.

We chose a private room which has own bath and toilet. The room is small but clean and they provided some toiletries. Breakfast may be simple but good, staff are friendly. The aircon was perfect considering the weather. My only complaint is something that the hostel did not cause. Many guests do not close the two doors of the elevator which result to it being stuck in one floor. Since our room was in fifth floor, it was not fun to get up or go down just because guests do not see or read the hostel’s reminder posted everywhere about closing both elevator doors. The location is perfect. No need to purchase metro card since all must-see sights are within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and cafes everywhere. The best landmark to the hostel is Elevador Justa, which we could even see from our window. Will I stay there again? Yes I will and I highly recommend.
