I stayed here with my son for 5 days in October. It is in a good location not very far from places Barrio Alto other old parts of Lisbon. Excellent city hotel, decent size outdoor pool and an indoor pool with spa facilities! Break fast was decent - business hotel standard breakfast

Lovely hotel. It’s extremely clean and furnishings are well taken care of. The front desk staff is ok, the staff at the breakfast area are super friendly and on top of it. We had the breakfast included in our room rate and it was worth it. Delicious food. Pros: stayed in a junior suite, nice amount of space. Excellent hairdryer and the furnishings and room were immaculate and clean. Cons: the pull out sofa is horrible. The mattress for the sofa bed is paper thing and you can feel every bolt and slat under it. Also, the shower should be fully glazed so that light in the bathroom won’t wake up anyone sleeping in the room. Another con is the indoor pool. I booked it specifically for the indoor pool. Due to Covid it’s by reservation only and it was booked for the 2 days I was there. So my children weren’t able to swim, which was a disappointment as that’s why we booked the hotel.
A memorable experience and stay!

We went as a couple to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and when we thought that the Hotel had already been a great choice, it managed to surpass all our expectations. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism by Graciela, who made us feel really welcome. The room was spacious, very well equipped and thought to detail for a comfortable stay worthy of 5 stars - The view was also fantastic. The entire interior of the hotel has an incredible beauty, from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. The wonderful feeling of being literally surrounded by the bustling city of Lisbon, but in the calmness of a beautifully incorporated garden and an extraordinary swimming pool. When we thought the night was over, they surprised us by delivering a birthday cake and sparkling wine to our room so we could celebrate!! The card was signed by Rita Fernandes, Assistant Manager wishing him a happy birthday! I really want to thank all the kindness and friendliness of the Hotel, and especially to Rita for being so amazing and having provided us a wonderful experience. Also the delicious and diverse breakfast, and Carol's excellent attention to detail and attentiveness during service cannot go unnoticed. Iberostar Lisboa is in our memory and heart for the excellent service, for making us feel very special and we will definitely return! Congratulations to all and see you soon!!!!

Very welcoming and professional team. Friendly and highly efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble. Joanna especially stood out as an outstanding host. Generous well appointed rooms. Ample inclusive breakfast. Grand entrance. Everything you could expect from a 5* hotel & the welcome of a smaller establishment

This is a really nice hotel. Breakfast is expensive (22 euros each) but SO nice, the best quality hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The rooms are also really modern, clean and nice. Beds are a little hard but we found that generally to be the case in Portugal. The pool is also a huge plus - good drinks, food, music etc.
