Great location, reasonable price
Very good location, right across from Intendente Metro Station. Staff very friendly, the owner helped me carry my luggage and answered all my questions about travelling in Lisbon. The rooms are simple but very clean.
Very good value to money ratio
The location is very good, you are almost in the city center. All interesting parts of the Lisbon are easily accessible, even on foot. In front of the entrance is the metro station. The room was not so modern but everything is clean and comfortable. The value to money ratio is very good. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.
good value - decent location
Two mature women stayed in the twin room with it's own bathroom. Yes, there are lots of stairs as some reviews have said but the owners carried out luggage up for us without us even asking. Some reviews said it was noisy but we were on the side of the building facing the side street so it was not noisy, except for during the day and early evening we heard sirens from ambulances and such. The place was very clean and the sheets were even ironed by hand. The shower was a small stall but this was not a problem as we are both around 5'3" and just over 100 lbs. A larger person might not want this room. I do not know what the common/shared bathroom were like. We were able to walk to many destinations and took the Metro to others. The Intendente green line Metro station is at the front door of this hotel...very convenient. I would have liked coffee/team making options either in the room or a common area so we wouldn't have had to get dressed to go out - but there was a bakery with yummy pastries two doors from the Roxi.
Worst hotel I have ever been in
Was there last year, still remember the Bad experience. Bad neighborhood! After dark it was scary to walk around. Had to carey our suit cases for 3-4 stair cases. Had a Bad alergic reaction there(im alergic to dust) very noisy. Over all a really bad experience
Good value. Steps away from Metro
We arrived Lisbon and took Metro straight from airport to the metro stop just steps from Roxi. We stayed 2 nights, but needed to switch rooms because we booked nights one at a time... one room was a twin, one was a doubke
