amazing hilton property
well I am a hilton team member myself, but this place is amazing, the rooms are fantastic, the staff is equally amazing, Christopher was amazing, the night audit in training was fantastic. Ms Wright who is the Front Desk Manager, You have a fantastic working for you!
More pricey than what I reserved it for.
Reserved online for $130 but ended up paying $170+ for 1 night. Took 30 minutes looking for parking, ended up parking in a different lot and walking over. Upside was the hotel was very clean and the breakfast server was nice.
Just what you need for a value stay
Stayed here sevearl times. The staff are the main reason with their smiles and warm welcomes daily. The rooms are clean and fresh with any room amenity at the ready if you run out. Walls were a little thin for a new hotel. Cmon' Hilton, don't go cheap on the construction
Outstanding
We had a wonderful stay, courteous staff. Food was excellent, and the rooms were CLEAN! We dined at the restaurant for dinner one evening of our stay, food was great and so was the service. Very pleased and will be returning.
Very unaccommodating
When I got there I was told I had two separate reservations, a company one and a group one, so they cancelled one and kept the other. I took my room and went to sleep. In the morning I realized everyone had breakfast coupons except me, so I went to the front desk and they told me they cancelled my group reservation and kept my company reservation, which didn't include free breakfast. As if that wasn't WTF enough, at checkout I also realized I was paying nearly $20 more a night. YGTBSM. Additionally, we were there as a group of about 12, and we used the conference room. This hotel is next to two really great restaurants, but GOD FORBID you want to bring food back TO A HOTEL! The hotel, location conference rooms and fitness center are great, but the service made our visit unacceptable
