Gran zona de spa para relajarte, a pie de los remontadores y varias pistas de esquí, habitaciones amplias, parking propio, servicio exelente, desayuno completo, carta muy amplia para comer, platos muy correctos, atención al cliente en cualquier zona perfecta.

Throughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. See you in 2024. Highly recommended. Lac Salin, Livigno will be our annual holiday now. The room was spacious, cleaned daily. Value for money electing the Breakfast and dinner option. The location was a 5 minute taxi ride to the village, which we valued. It is a quick walk to the village as well. There are ski runs behind the hotel, so is truely a ski in ski out hotel. They organised a transfer to Milan for us, and answered any questions through messenger before our trip.

Hotel is 3+* WORST service and people ever, HORROR behaviour

This is the worst experience we ever had with hotels. To say the good things about, is that 90 % of staff is very nice, with smiles on their faces. Reception in Lac Salin - are something I have never seen in my life. With a superior style acting behaviour, you almost feel they will beat you. they don't understand that the customer is paying for the salaries and they need to smile and answer any question customer may have. Hotel is good, but not worth the price ( more expensive than Atlantis Dubai). And what you get ? 19 degrees in the room(very cold), the same food over and over and expired bread, the same salami breakfast and dinner(re-cooked or into another form). The room is normal, and the mattresses are bad. For the amount you pay, you should get nicer beds and more warm. The staff in restaurant is nothing to complain, they are very nice. SAUNA - ok, but is also cold into halls . But nothing special about. The pictures the hotel is showing in booking, it is not reality. IN TOTAL - hotel is good, but not something ..very good position to the ski but the service you get from reception is worst in history. . HORROR in one word! I have noticed other comments from other travellers and they get the same hate reaction as answers. Is like, ok, we are full anyway, if you don't want to come, don't come. When this has become a reality ?

Hotel Lac Salin is absolutely fabulous. The rooms are lovely and spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed is super comfortable. The standard of food in the restaurant exceeded expectations with outstanding fruit, pastries and omelettes for breakfast and absolutely fabulous dinners and great wine list. Without exception the staff are super friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Salvatore for his great service in the restaurant. We highly recommend this Hotel for an outstanding skiing holiday.
