Came to the grand for 5 days what can I say about it bedroom was ok got sea view bath and shower food breakfast was nice met a very nice member of staff Joe she was very professional and helpful tea time good was ok nothing much to say but the hotel overall was nice clean a bit dated but I liked it

Beautiful hotel in a great location, just a couple of things spoilt it but if followed up on would make it so much better, apart from one young lady behind bar the rest didn't seem to want to be there like it was a chore and there was lack of barstaff which created queues and manager didn't want to listen to any suggestions or grievance from you. But won't stop me from coming back hopefully see if they take on board comments made Caledonian driver Andy was very good

Turned up toilet didn’t work-told maintenance was not in until 9am so nothing can be done. Massive balls up with the bill while I was still there-which was fixed……however when I got home I found they had changed the room rate and taken an additional £88 from my account. When I called to query this I was told I would have to wait until Monday morning. Avoid this place at all costs. Absolute joke.

Caladonian coach holidays Llandudno.

Caladonian coach hols.hotel and staff lovely.food good ,we came down one night 6.30 ordered 2 tomatoe soups ,we were told it had been chucked away we had missed the cut off point at 6.15. Braising steak wasn't edible lots of complains,I got mine changed to cod that was good.breakfast was OK.leisure pool was freezing to cold to use,I did mention it to manager.luckily a man went for a swim had to pull a man off the floor in the deep end of pool, the man's body had gone into shock with the water being to cold.entertainment was fantastic, Andy the coach driver was lovely also the music he played was good . Look forward to returning with caladonian to Llandudno.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Sea view bit couldn't get on the balcony. Very windy; grest views. Beds great. No complaints. Will def return. Great location. Lovely and warm. Got back late, asked for some water, it wasn't a problem security sorted. Couldn't fault. Nice quiet room looking over the sea. We didn't eat in here, we met family. I would recommend and we will return.
