Not bad for the money
Good typical Spanish hoilday hotel, Food was actually not bad for an all you can eat buffet style, loads of choice, changed every day, lots of fruit, unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks even on half board. Good breakfast too. Choice od 3 pools, rooms cleaned every day. Whats not to like? Really enjoyed it

There was poop in the drawer! (not clickbait)
We found human feces in the desk drawer in our room and it took the staff many visits and a few hours to actually get rid of it. They were extremely rude and accused us of pooping in the drawer. When we asked for (at least a partial) refund due to most of our day being spent on this issue they called for the owner who was the rudest of all. He refused to talk to us (3 twenty year old women) but wanted instead to talk to our (male, also 20 years old) friend who barely knew what was happening. The owner was extremely misogynistic and rude and told us that this was "not his problem, but ours". He eventually agreed to give us a new room but we got no compensation at all. If you stay there and anything goes wrong at all, do not expect to get any empathy or even be believed (unless maybe if you are male). If I could give 0 stars I would but that is not possible so 1 star it is
We booked for one week at this hotel from 01 Feb to 08 Feb 2020
The hotel (4 star) was very dissapointing. Our room was on the 4th floor. On the 5th floor were lots of polish sports youth teams who were very noisy, towels contionously dropped down onto our small balcony from above. Food was very poor. What should have been hot was either warm or cold at the self service buffet. No taste and my suspisions were more for the youth polish teams as fast food because it seemed that this is what the hotel catered for as a priority. Had a problem with the air conditioning in the room. Reported it on our arrival and was told a technician would be round to fix it. He or she never showed. No social events at the hotel. Please this supposidly is a 4 star. We were very dissapointed and happy,to leave. By the way our original booking at another hotel in Lloret de Mar was cancelled when we arrived as they had renovation work ( we only booked 2 months earlier and they should have told us earlier but nobody contacted us) so we were switched to this mediocre hotel in its place. Very, very dissapointing.

room was very clean and were very helpful,very central and ideal for transport links and handy for town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes also is a short walk to the beach and bus staion.Would reccomend
