We booked this hotel last minute for a one night stay and after a quick drive from Mumbai,we were in for a treat when we checked in. despite having a big wedding party checking out at the same time,we were taken to the library and served ginger-ale.Our check in was swift and by some stroke of luck,we were upgraded to the palm suite which is so spacious with a kitchenette,dining area,couch and a sit out balcony along with the huge bed and bathroom. We had taken an all meal package and the food was brilliant in terms of variety,display and taste.Live music for dinner and breakfast with the Saxophone live was so delightful that we ate a lil more than we perhaps should have.But then,thats what holidays should be like. They have games like housie and other activities to get the guests together in the evening and have a lovely set up of complimentary tea/coffee along with cookies and Maggi/Vada pav on chargeable basis.The entire team,every single one of them are humble, hospitable and happy to serve.Kudos to the management on hiring and training such stellar performers. We checked out post breakfast and as an icing on the cake were offered a cute little tub of popcorn for our drive back.You guys surpassed our expectations and we hope to come back soon and stay a bit longer.

Booked this room last minute for on night....stayed with family... some things that make me say - will surely stay here again... 1. After I made the booking from a travel portal - the hotel called me directly to confirm my booking, check my arrival details and ask for any special occasion!! 2. On arrival - the reception was crowded (wedding group was checkin out).... but we were immediately whisked away into a quite room where we got a personalized check-in and also a welcome drink!! 3. they upgraded us.... 4. the staff were very polite and friendly. 5. we had the Banyan suite. it was a great studio room - specious and comfortable with all required amenities... 6. the pool and garden area is beautiful... well maintained and although the property is on the main road you feel that you are deep inside a silent and green space. 7. they had games in the evening which was loads of fun.. 8. At Dinner they had a singer preforming great Hindi songs...and food was really good... 9. next morning breakfast was again very well managed even though the hotel was full.... the food was awesome and the best part is they had an artist perform the saxophone!!... it was wonderful!! great service by all the staff at the hotel.. they really made our stay special.

One of the best 5 star hotel....staff here are very helpful and clean and hygienic....serving guest is there best policy....superb service....location is really good.....rooms are really kool....and mita madam who booked a room for me....gave us the best room then expected....happy to come again🎊

Very Good hotel with excellent service for Corporate events

Had a great experience in Rythm Lonavala for a Corporate Offsite. ( I was informed that this hotel is also a popular wedding destination ). The guest rooms were excellent, conference facilities were good, The food, especially the breakfast, lunch and dinnerr buffets had a good range of choices which fit all types of guests - North, South Indian and foreigners and tasted good. There was no repetition of dishes and each day and session had different menu items. Above all service was very good. During one intense session we were in a discussion which ended at 3am and there was a dedicated service staff who remained right till the end to cater to our requirements. Special thanks to Mr Jitendra who ensured that all our requirements were taken care of.

Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including Pooja & Tanveer in Restaurant and at Fun zone and room service was great . We have already decided to return to Hotel for our next vacation,
